LINIt is worthy of the Relais & Châteaux series hotel, the service is very friendly, much better than the Kempinski I have stayed in before. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is a bit simpler.

The room and bathroom are very large and clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was full. The location is very good, walking along the river to the Senbo Opera, Zwenger Palace, Notre Dame Church and other attractions are convenient.

The hotel is just a stone’s throw away from the train station, which makes it very convenient for travelers. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — perfect for a short stay. However, the toilet was a bit on the smaller side, which might be slightly inconvenient for some guests. Overall, it’s a great choice for its location and cleanliness.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dresden. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city's beautiful old town, attractions, restaurants, and public transport on foot.
The hotel offers great facilities, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a day of sightseeing. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions or requests.
The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast. The selection was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality food, delicious coffee, and something for every taste. It was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have enjoyed.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, outstanding service, and a perfect location. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dresden.

I stayed here for the first two nights of a trip to Europe where I would spend my time cooking. The room size was XS, but it was spacious enough.
It was an apartment hotel with a kitchen, but there was a proper reception, and the breakfast buffet, while not as good as a high-end restaurant, was just right and I was satisfied. The price was reasonable (about 12,000 yen per night) and it was close to the main tourist attractions, so I think it is convenient even for ordinary travelers.
Even for people who cook like me, I felt that the kitchen was quite easy to use. People who are not used to European stoves may be confused at first, but if you look it up online, you will be fine. I cooked three times in two nights.
There was a frying pan, small pot, pot, bowl, colander (although it was coarse), squeezer, spatula, tongs, knife, and cutting board. All the cutlery and plates were provided. The refrigerator was large, and there was a dishwasher, although I did not use it. Detergent, towels, and kitchen paper were provided.
One thing that I found inconvenient when cooking was the lack of a rubber spatula. I bought one on the way there.
Behind the hotel is the large shopping mall, Altmarkt Gallery, so shopping is not a problem. There are two supermarkets inside. There are also many food courts where you can get snacks.
There was no bathtub in the bathroom, and the shower room didn't have a door to seal, so you had to be careful not to splash water too much when showering, which I think is a negative point.
But overall, I thought it was a comfortable hotel.

泰_瑞The hotel itself is five-star quality with no problems
But the air conditioner seems to be broken at night
It feels like there is no air conditioning at all
Open the windowsThe morning air is good and very cool
But when you open the window at night, you hear a lot of noise
So the facilities are a bit old
The location is 10 points. The bathroom is also top-notch.
It’s just that the water in the shower is a bit slow

We were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.

Anonymous UserThe location is very central. Dresden isn't that big, so staying anywhere in the old town is fine. This place feels more like a budget hotel, but the price isn't expensive either. Hotels in Dresden are much cheaper than in other cities. It's a bit old but clean and tidy. You can get sparkling water from the hallway. Check-out at noon is great.
A highlight is being able to use the swimming pool and the outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi that can fit five or six people. After seeing it, I immediately went to Primark and bought a 7-euro swimsuit to use it. The pool temperature is higher than usual, which is nice. No need to bring a swimming cap.
The sauna seems to be co-ed. I saw the men's changing room from the sauna! 😂 I quickly ran to get dressed when I saw someone walk by! 😱
You need to wear slippers to enter the pool area. Slippers aren't expensive to buy, and the hotel also provides disposable ones.
There are music festivals in the square outside during summer, but you can't hear the sound. It's great for strolling around at night.
We found the Japanese restaurant on the second floor, which has good reviews, to be particularly unappetizing, and the service was incredibly slow. Not recommended.

Dor EenWe were unfortunately very disappointed... we booked an accessible room... the only accessible one was the wider door... according to the hotel's own website and the photos, there are grab bars by the toilet and a shower seat in the shower... but there is no provision for grab bars... emergency call ropes are supposed to be available, but there isn't even a provision for one... none of that was there... when we asked, we were told there are two accessible categories... it's true that wheelchair users can walk and stand in the shower... it wasn't possible to change rooms within 6 days... when I insisted, I at least got a rickety shower stool... a far cry from what was actually on offer... when we complained at reception on the day of our arrival, the manager walked away and wasn't even interested... when I book accessible and look at the photos, I expect it to be that way... I was told I could have called beforehand and asked... but why? I booked what was pictured... only I didn't get it... We weren't offered any compensation or anything... In fact, we even had to pay the full price for the parking garage, even though the designated spaces were being used by lazy people and the barrier wasn't working...
The food, on the other hand, was perfectly fine... the cleanliness was also fine... There's always room for improvement, but if there was a shortage of towels, they brought them immediately... All in all, a very central hotel, but unsuitable for physically challenged guests in wheelchairs... This needs to be drastically improved.

There are ants in the room on the first floor of the villa. The environment is beautiful, the breakfast is good, the swimming fee is 5 euros per person, and the children are half price. Parking is charged. Don't be together like a stranger
