Great location, overlooking Burj Khalifa. I loved that there is a regular shuttle bus going to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Kite Beach. Friendly hotel staff, spacious clean room. I just wished the hotel cleans the window more frequently, as the windows were really murky and affected the beautiful view.

Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly 🦋 of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant. The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable. It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

I paid extra to upgrade to the Burj Khalifa view suite, which is comparable to the observation deck. It has views on three sides, with Burj Khalifa on one side, the Arabian Gulf on the other, and the sunrise over Yunxi Port between two buildings on the other side. It's beautiful. The staff at the swimming pool are very nice. Seeing that the children don't know how to swim, they took the initiative to send swimming arm rings. The children had a lot of fun for two days. We drove by ourselves, and the roads near the hotel gate are a bit complicated, which is different from those in China. It is best to check the route in advance. This hotel is also the only hotel on our trip to the UAE that does not provide valet parking, and the parking lot and the hotel gate are not in the same place. We went back to the front door twice to ask for directions, but no one provided parking services. Other than that, I am quite satisfied with the hotel itself. Another thing I don't quite understand is that we went to the 24th floor of the hotel for a buffet dinner. When we entered the door, I told a lady wearing glasses our room number and other information. After dinner, the door attendant changed. When we left, we were told that we couldn't sign the bill. I didn't bring a credit card with me, which was a bit unpleasant. Both parties spoke average English. In the end, I didn't understand why I couldn't sign the bill, but the bill sent by the hotel later exempted the children's meal fee, so the problem was solved.

The hotel belongs to a well-known hotel chain and is located across the street from Dubai Mall. The rooms on the upper floors have a panoramic view of the financial district or Burj Khalifa, but the hotel windows need to be washed more often. The hotel staff is well trained. There is a free shuttle to Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates and Kite Beach. The buffet breakfasts with a daily partial change of dishes are acceptable (they need to put out fish cuts more often - only once there was salmon and three times sardines, although the sign on the dish indicated tuna) The Thai restaurant Benjarong, located on the 24th floor of the hotel, was embarrassing when visiting: instead of pad thai with shrimp, they brought chicken, although the restaurant was not overloaded with orders, and the tom yum soup, despite the interesting presentation, turned out to be unbalanced with a strong shift in taste to sour. We are big fans of Thai cuisine, and we believe that for a restaurant in a 5-star hotel this is unacceptable. Cafe Makira on the first floor serves good ramen soups and sushi, which is especially advantageous if you take a business lunch. The pool is partially covered, so you can use it during the harsh midday sun without the risk of getting sunburned. There is a jacuzzi for 5-6 people. The room cleaning is at a good level. The room has everything you need. I recommend this hotel.

The location was great, with a view of the Burj Khalifa from every room, and not only the night illuminations, but also the way it sparkles in the morning glow. You can see the bay in the distance. The Future Museum is within walking distance. There was someone at the front desk who spoke Japanese. There was a clean bathtub as well as a shower, so it was comfortable. I stayed for three nights with breakfast included, and there was a wide variety of options, including very fresh vegetables, and everything was delicious. Above all, the staff's smiles and timely consideration were wonderful, and I was able to start my day comfortably. Thank you. I would like to stay here again.

The hotel is very convenient. There are many restaurants nearby and the service is also very good.

Spacious room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, with a bathroom where there was both a bathtub and a shower. Excellent facilities with a swimming pool and gym open from 6:30 in the morning.

The hotel has a really good price and the staff is very friendly, so I had a comfortable stay. I also got a good view of Burj Khalifa and was very satisfied.
