"I arrived at 5 pm and have to wait 10-15 mins for some reason even the checkout for room is 12 pm. The pillow are solid rock which caused neck pain after I woke up.. I have asked if they have other pillows they said it is all reserved.. So why you add a note to ask for a pillow if not committed to all rooms you have? This isn't professional. There were no slippers or table tissues. Seems like 4 stars but missing some major points"

Ibis Dubai Al Rigga
"I recently stayed at Ibis Al Rigga and overall had an average experience. Service: 4/5 The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and they responded well when I raised concerns about my room. I appreciate that they took action when I requested assistance. Facilities: 2/5 The facilities need significant improvement, particularly in terms of maintenance. The first room I stayed in had a noticeable bad smell that made me keep sneezing and feel uncomfortable. It reached a point where I preferred staying outside rather than inside the room. By day 3, I couldn’t tolerate the smell and discomfort anymore, so I requested either a room change or an air purifier. The staff transferred me to a non-carpeted room, which was much better and more comfortable. This experience suggests that certain rooms, especially carpeted ones, may require better ventilation, deep cleaning, or maintenance checks. Food: 3/5 The food was average — decent variety and acceptable taste, but nothing particularly memorable. There is room for improvement in terms of selection and overall flavor. Overall, the hotel is in a convenient location and has good service, but improvements in room maintenance would greatly enhance the guest experience."
Ibis One Central

Ritz Carlton DIFC Downtown Dubai
"This was my second time staying at Ritz Carlton DIFC. I had to check in early as I was on a long layover in Dubai. The hotel was able to accommodate my early check in request and my stay was perfect. The bell boy who helped me both during check in and check out (in early morning hours) was extremely welcoming and made me felt welcome and taken good care of. Thank you! The location is very convenient if you have appointments in DIFC. I was working in the hotel room during the day and had room service food, food quality was also excellent."

"It was so glad staying at Hyaat regency Dubai. It was really pleasure time there. I’ll book my next trip again here."

The St. Regis Downtown Dubai
"Nice location, the view was beautiful...Best breakfast..and friendly staff! Hospitality 10/10"
Premier Inn Dubai International Airport – An Emirates Group Company
"I recently had a booking at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport and unfortunately had to request a cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. My Emirates flight schedule was changed as a result of the ongoing Middle East situation, which significantly affected my travel plans. I reached out to the hotel to request a cancellation and refund, explaining the situation. While I understand that hotels may be facing financial pressures during challenging times, it was disappointing that no flexibility or consideration was given under these exceptional circumstances. Situations like this are beyond a guest’s control, and a more empathetic and accommodating approach from management would go a long way. Not only would it support guests during difficult times, but it would also build long-term loyalty and encourage future stays. As it stands, the lack of flexibility has left a less favourable impression, despite the hotel’s otherwise convenient location and reputation. I hope the management can take this into consideration and adopt a more customer-focused approach moving forward."
Best Western Premier M Four Hotels

"A hotel in such prestige location does not have batler service. Mmi has to carry 6 luggages myself. Also I requested for ordinary disposable bath slippers and I had to pay for them. Again a hotel near to the international airport, has no shuttle. That is a complet reg flag"
Hotel Indigo DUBAI DOWNTOWN by IHG
"Amazing hotrl at best ptice Loved the ambience the staff and everyrhing"
Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai
"Very nice hotel, and we really enjoyed our stay. We cannot forget those moments in our life. The location was excellent, the rooms were very spacious and clean, the food was great, and the staff were very nice, especially the reception team. The car parking and restaurant facilities were also excellent.Very thankful Ramada Team."
Grand Mercure Dubai City
"Subject: Serious Complaint Regarding Elevator Incident and Unprofessional Conduct I recently had an alarming and deeply upsetting experience at your hotel. I became stuck in the elevator with no ability to go up or down. Despite repeatedly pressing the alarm and knowing there was a camera present, no one responded. This caused me significant distress, leading to a headache and a full-blown anxiety attack. Thankfully, the elevator eventually descended on its own, allowing me to get out. Following this, I reported the issue to the cluster duty manager, Zakariyae Bensbih. Unfortunately, his response was shockingly unprofessional. He offered what seemed like a minimal gesture of compensation—one free meal for myself and a friend, with 50% off for any additional friends—then changed the terms entirely. Worse, he spoke rudely and disrespectfully to his own staff in front of guests, which was both embarrassing and unacceptable. During our visit, my friends and I witnessed Mr. Bensbih yelling at Ferdous from the restaurant team, who was simply doing his job. Ferrous was polite and professional throughout, and did not deserve that treatment. On a more positive note, I want to commend Sarita, who was incredibly helpful, kind, and welcoming. She was a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying at this hotel due to the lack of safety and professionalism I encountered."

Dubai International Airport (DXB): Located about 3.1 miles (5 km) east of the city centre, DXB is the main gateway for global travellers and one of the busiest airports worldwide. It offers multiple terminals, extensive passenger facilities, and is well-connected to the city by metro, taxis, and buses.
Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC): Situated around 31 miles (50 km) southwest of central Dubai, DWC is the city’s second international airport. Still expanding, it currently serves fewer flights but has ambitious plans to become the world’s largest airport, with future operations including Emirates and Flydubai. Transport options include taxis, buses, and ride-hailing services.
