3-Star Hotels in Dubai

I like the ambience and interiors of the hotel, it is vibrant, people friendly and welcoming, the moment you enter the hotel there is a UAE heritage appeal to it, the room was spacious, well equipped with water bottle, an assortment of coffee and tea. All rooms are non-smoking so if you are a smoker then this hotel may not be the place for you since there is a heavy fine of AED 500 if they detect smoke. Ideal location since it is situated in the heart of city centre and ideally situated next to the shopping mall, metro station, supermarkets and restaurants open late night. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The stay was good and the place is really great. Staffs are accomodating and approachable. My only issue is not enough info about the promo 36hrs stay. I expect to stay till 9PM the next day but they told us that our booking doesn't have promo of 36hrs stay, although it was in out email that we have a package of the promo. In the end the Rove told us that the promo is exclusive in their website only. The next time, they should inform the 3rd party booking app that is was exclusive booking only from their own website. But overall our stay is very good ❤️

The hotel's location is truly incredible. The metro station is right in front, a 3-minute walk away, as is the taxi rank. The studio is spacious, even for two people for an extended stay. The housekeeping service is excellent; they clean every day. Water, coffee, sugar, tea, and milk are provided by the hotel. The kitchenette is very spacious and well-equipped for preparing meals. The refrigerator is very functional and large enough to store food. The staff is truly excellent and attentive. The breakfast is decent.

The hotel was very clean and the room was bright. Its location near the old town's financial district was convenient, just a 10-minute walk away. Daily cleaning was thorough. We even got a room upgrade, and the two large beds were very comfortable. The only minor downsides were that the room was close to the street, making it a bit noisy during the day (though fine at night), and the central AC was quite loud, but turning it off helped a lot.

The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station. While it's not in the absolute city center, it's easy to get to most places and the area is relatively quiet. The hotel itself is quite new, and the facilities and overall environment are pretty good.

We stayed in Ibis for 2 nights. The hotel is good, rooms a bit old but cozy, have everything you need. We had first floor and windows looking to the garden. The location is 5 min walking distance from Insurance Company metro station which is so good. Area is also nice, there is mall and a lot of cafes. There is also Carrefour next to the hotel.

(Stayed Oct 2025) Good Hotel Stay. Room was clean, had decent wifi connection, was accessible by lift, & had basic shower amenities provided. Although complimentary buffet breakfast was slightly lacking in variety. Location is walkable to the metro station too.

The hotel is definitely worth every penny. The area is peaceful and quiet, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The rooms are beautiful, well-maintained, and the toilets are clean and fresh. Overall, great value for money and a place I would happily stay at again.

Had a good customer experience except that I was greatly disappointed when I was charged 100DHR for inviting a guest to my room. I’ve been in several hotels in different countries but I never heard of such insane charges.

Location is good. Service is fair but the cleanliness is poor. There was food left in the refrigerator and we asked for it to be removed and cleaned. Transferred us to another room with the same food left in the room from the previous guest. If you are not Indian I advise not to book. It feels more of an Indian hotel than foreigners.
