4-Star Hotels in Dubai

I was given a room on the 3rd floor, which was too low and disappointing! I saw that others who booked the same room type before were given higher floors. When I asked the front desk staff during check-in, they said the highest they could give was the 3rd floor. I wonder if I was treated differently! The suite itself was quite spacious. A big shout-out to the restaurant staff, their service was attentive and their attitude was excellent, even though the breakfast selection wasn't extensive.

Service: Very good. Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent. Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay. Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

The location is excellent for tourism but not ideal for business. I had to wait until the official check-in time of 3 PM, but the front desk still couldn't process my check-in because the room wasn't ready. After more than half an hour and several reminders, I was finally able to check in. The hotel hallway had a strong, artificial fragrance, while the room's air felt stale, and the windows were sealed shut. The view from the window, however, was nice. During my seven-night stay, towels and other amenities were frequently missing, requiring me to call the lobby for replacements. On the second day, a fruit plate was delivered, and the empty plate remained in the room for several days despite housekeeping. Although it's a four-star hotel, the overall service was lacking. The buffet restaurant had leaks and broken glassware left uncleared due to a shortage of staff. I'd recommend it for tourists, but not for business travelers. A magnificent hotel with an ideal location, perfectly situated between the main road and the waterfront. It's a 3-minute walk to the beach, and they provide towels and umbrellas. The room is huge, the bathrobes are soft, the slippers are comfortable, and the bed and pillows are perfect. The service is excellent; they always resolve any issue, even bringing an needle with a thread kit. The soundproofing is also top-notch. Tip: Ask for a lower floor to avoid waiting in line for the elevators during peak hours.

The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. Plus, it's quite well-equipped; I've stayed in other Dubai hotels that didn't even provide slippers or toiletries, but this one has them. It's also very convenient for getting around and shopping.

The Hotel offers a unique stay as a historic cruise ship turned floating hotel and I enjoy the vintage maritime atmosphere and friendly service of the staffs.

It's just average. Customer service was good but they can do better in room cleanliness. Atleast change bedsheets n towels after 2 days maximum. They should consider other people while doing the music at the bar. Closing the pool at 6pm doesn't favor those who were busy during the day. Extend time till 8pm.

The location is very strategic. The overall vibe of the place is nice and relaxing. There a lot of restaurants in the area. A mini grocery store few steps away from the hotel. TIP: There's a bar on the ground floor that plays music until 3am, Request for a higher floor if you are a light sleeper.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay and a truly great experience from reception to housekeeping and the restaurant team. This was our third time staying here. Overall, we like the hotel, but we were very disappointed with the water situation during this stay. We informed the staff that there was no cold water available. Considering how hot the weather is in Dubai, guests should at least be able to take a cool shower. Unfortunately, even with the cold tap turned on, the water was extremely hot, almost like boiling water. After spending time outside in the heat, being unable to take a proper cold shower was very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can address this issue, as it significantly affected our stay.
