2-Star Hotels in Dubai

The hostel is good calm and affordable only 10 usd pre night on deals but the only note is that they have stupid rule that u check in at 3 pm and checkout is 10 am and this rule existed since last year i stay here for the third year they have the same stupid rule i cane at midnight i slept at 4 am they wake me up at 9 am and said i must leave while i told them that i can move at 1 pm they refuse , and the hostel was empty.. their shape rule is very stupid.. i try to explain even hotel give u late checkout till 2 30 pm or 3 pm even if their r no traffic .. what i can say the management is poor and non professional at all , other wise it's okay

I've stayed here multiple times for extended periods. The hotel is conveniently located and has a minimalist yet sophisticated design, perfect for business travelers.

The location is great, just 4 metro stops from the Burj Khalifa. It's a 1-minute walk, or even less if you're fast, from the metro station. There's a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices. A quick 5-minute walk to the right leads to a huge, fantastic shopping mall. The environment is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is really nice and spotless. The mattress is very comfortable, so I slept well. The air conditioning runs 24 hours.

We spent one night at this hotel and won't be returning. There are three nightclubs in the hotel, and the music plays until 3 AM. The room was small, the walls were painted with oil paint, and there was no electric kettle. The central air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and the vent grille on the ceiling wasn't adjustable, so it blew directly onto the beds all night. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.

This hotel in the UAE was relatively cheap, but the hygiene was only so-so. Plus, it's located in a busy downtown area with a lot of people, so the overall stay was just average.

Great place to stay. It was so neat and clean. I enjoyed free breakfast free Netflix. The bed was cozy and had privacy curtains a spot light and mobile and laptop charging slots. I also enjoyed recliner with heat massager. Coffee machine with Starbucks coffee shots and fresh orange juice machine and a mini bar at very nominal price make my stay a very executive 5 star experience. The host was very friebdly and hospitable and joined me with a delicious dinner with him. I had my return flight ticket but I wish to stay here more. Whenever I come back to Dubai I will definitely prefer to stay here every time. Highly recomendable.

I had a pleasant stay at Sunday Sheikh Zayed Road Concord Tower by Belvilla. The cleanliness was excellent, and the room was well-maintained throughout my stay. The location is good, with easy access to key areas, although it could be slightly more convenient for transport. The service was generally good, with staff being polite and helpful when needed. The amenities were decent and met expectations, though there is some room for improvement to enhance the overall experience. Overall, a comfortable stay and a good option for business travelers looking for a clean and reliable place in Dubai.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is excellent—close to everything I wanted to see and easy to get around. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a pleasant experience. Only must paid again in reception i didnt like

When booking the hotel, it shows that the price is more expensive and there is breakfast, and there is no breakfast after the actual check-in.

Conveniently located near the station and within walking distance of the historical district. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The accommodation is in several rooms in an apartment building. If the manager is not there when you check in, you will need to contact him via What's App, so I think it's a good idea to download it in advance. The room I stayed in had three bunk beds. There was a guy who snored a lot, but I was grateful to be able to stay in such a convenient place for this price.
