I like this hotel Excellent, but the internet was sometimes down. “Very satisfied with this service. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. It was a great place to stay, but I found the Wi-Fi connection a little choppy at times. It was a good place to stay

The location is great, just 4 metro stops from the Burj Khalifa. It's a 1-minute walk, or even less if you're fast, from the metro station. There's a convenience store downstairs with reasonable prices. A quick 5-minute walk to the right leads to a huge, fantastic shopping mall. The environment is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is really nice and spotless. The mattress is very comfortable, so I slept well. The air conditioning runs 24 hours.

The biggest advantage is its proximity to Union Metro Station, which is very convenient. There are also shopping malls and retail stores nearby to explore. If you don't have high expectations for hotel facilities and are looking for good value for money, this place is highly recommended. It's perfect for solo travelers who want a relaxed and casual experience. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

The place location is excellent since it is in the center of the city and the supermarket and the city center are near. They gave complimentary by extending my stay for atleast 2 hours. What It made me hassle is the other apartment that I was check in doesn’t have lift, I need to go on the stairs before getting there.

This hotel in the UAE was relatively cheap, but the hygiene was only so-so. Plus, it's located in a busy downtown area with a lot of people, so the overall stay was just average.

The location is the best. Just beside the Emirates Towers Metro station. Outside of the building have MyMug restaurant which sells Kerala food. It’s very delicious and affordable. Also have 2 supermarkets and pharmacy. The room is OK for 1 night. Actually it’s like a 1 unit of house inside a building but they make a partition into 2 rooms of double bed, 1 room of bunk bed , 1 pantry and 1 shared toilet. They provide iron and iron board. The internet is good. The pakistani guy stay there too. Thanks bhai. I give 5 star for this hospitality

The hotel's location is near the subway station, but the area is primarily populated by people of Indian, Pakistani, and Black descent. I wouldn't recommend it for families or solo female travelers.

Its a convenient place, very quite, Mussa is a nice person very helpful and multitask...at least i had extend my stay.. i recommend this place. not far for metro station, JBR or bluewaters by walk.

When booking the hotel, it shows that the price is more expensive and there is breakfast, and there is no breakfast after the actual check-in.

The location is excellent, and overall the facilities are acceptable. Cleanliness and amenities are average and fine for a short stay. Please note that the hotel requires a cash deposit at check-in. However, the refund of this deposit is very inconvenient. The refund depends entirely on staff availability, and reception staff is not always present, especially in the evening and at night. In my case, I was told to wait until midnight or even 1:00–2:00 AM to get my deposit refunded, which is not reasonable, especially for guests with early morning departures. Staff professionalism and service organization need improvement. Apart from these service issues, everything else was okay
