The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

Guest UserWe booked a stay at the Sheraton Grand Dubai to celebrate our daughter’s birthday and what a fun and memorable experience it was! We visit Dubai several times a year but had never stayed here before. Our daughter, who lives in Dubai, suggested after she enjoyed a pool day, and it turned out to be a brilliant idea.
The food was really great, the staff were outstanding, and the service throughout was exceptional. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, everything about the stay was perfect. We couldn’t find a single thing to fault.
Highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Dubai — we’ll definitely be back!

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

I had a wonderful stay at Atlantis The Royal. The hotel is stunning and feels very luxurious from the moment you arrive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with an amazing view. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The facilities, pool, and restaurants were all top quality. It was truly a memorable and relaxing experience. I would definitely love to come back again

RR99Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

JolinlilizhuI booked a double bed, but got a king-sized one. It was fine though, as the staff proactively helped me set up the sofa bed. If your English isn't great, communication might be a bit challenging. The hotel has a lot of Western guests. The beach views are stunning, and the private beach offers free water. Breakfast was decent, but the buffet dinner wasn't really to my taste. Taking the free hotel bikes for a spin was lovely. Taxis are easy to find, and it's about a 15-minute walk to the Palm Jumeirah observation deck, which is inside a mall with plenty of shopping and dining options.

怪少This place is truly great. The room is very spacious, and there's a massage parlor in the building. Downstairs, there's a Filipino restaurant, but it's not very good and a bit pricey. Right next door, there's a hotpot place that's cheap and delicious. Highly recommend it!

Gorgeous Hotel, Most Uncomfortable Room Ever.
First the positives, the place is stunning, like a Conrad's, beach and infinity pool great, free beach chairs the whole kit. Staff is stellar, breakfast buffet ample. Now for the series of unfortunate events.
1. Booked 3 mos. in advance requested high floor nice view. Reply we will try. No. Got 7 of 16 floors, no view without cash.
Deluxe room is beautiful but a Standard size. Honesty!
2. We were sick most of the time here. The AC was stuck at 17, freezing and they said it will warm up slowly. False, woke up with head colds, sick all day. Thermostat bad. I heard another guy complain about the same 2 days later. No upgrade only repair.
3. Next the pillows are super soft, day 2 suffered severe neck pain headache, sick all day. Tried to sleep in the chair, both narrow in front and fabric rough as camel hair. Walmart cheapest better! No comfortable place to rest, torture or the body. Bed ok. Trick, sleep on red decorative pillow or towels.
4. Many minor pains. Room felt like a park madhouse. Phone power cord drops out every night, hairdryer plug in dark cabinet, with a hidden power off button, so when fumbling to plug in you secretly cut off the outlets power. What's the point of this? Froze my wet head while waiting staff to show me invisible button.
5. More. Lights and remote very high tech look so utterly flat minimalist buttons hard to work. You get two buttons by the door, hard to predict what order to punch to get two modes only, master lights on or just lamps. Wake up your partner when you just need a hallway lamp. TV remote keeps skipping out of channels back to hotel home screen, like living in a TV maze.
6. More. Cheap with the bath dispensers, squirt out teeny amounts so kill your fingers and patience. Coffee machine tasted truly bad. Minor things but death by 1000 cuts.
7. Summary, designer is a high artiste A for aesthetics, F- for ergonomics. Best Western room 1000x more room and comfort.
8. Staff is nice but can't do anything for you except send a stream of repairmen knocking. The 3rd day we were sick with E Coli after free coffee at Burj Al Arab. Beauty but distress again.
9. General outside hotel: Watch for E coli here don't trust any water or water based food.
10. Good news: See the Palm island from View at the Palm in St Regis across street. Pay for fast track or suffer interminable lines of hot sweaty patrons. Burj Al Arab the big Sail hotel is close, avoid free coffee. Get to the beach, it gets 5 C degrees warmer than hotel and free towels as blankets while you wait. Delicious feeling. Now you are prepared.

Guest UserUnfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm
