This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. It offers a rich variety of cuisine, including Chinese, Indian, and British options. The Arabian dishes are particularly good at satisfying a craving for Chinese food amidst the local flavors. The location is excellent, comparable to staying in Lujiazui, Shanghai. The entire staff is incredibly warm and attentive, providing exceptional service. Special mention goes to Jinto and a few others from the breakfast team who were efficient and perceptive. Staying at this hotel is truly a pleasure. The hotel also features an outdoor swimming pool with direct views of the Burj Khalifa. The high-floor rooms offer breathtaking panoramic views of the entire city of Dubai, extending to the sea, and you can even spot the Burj Al Arab. I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Dubai.

The services at Jumeirah are attentive and considerate, the dishes are delicious and suit Chinese tastes. The three-day stay is full of wonderful memories. If I come to Dubai next time, I will choose Jumeirah.

I stayed this hotel for 3 nights with my family, the service here is excellent. I rent a car for this trip and they offered valet parking service. The hotel is closed to the monorail station but I haven't take the rail transportation this time, its overall in a good location with easy access to many tourists points in Dubai. The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

Booked an apartment, it was more like a studio. If you don't stay somewhere nice in Dubai, you won't enjoy yourself properly; only with good accommodation can you truly experience the beauty of Dubai! 😁 The room was very spacious, with one bedroom, a living room, and two bathrooms. The sofa was a sofa bed, which my daughter treated like a trampoline. The room also came with a full kitchen setup. The hotel's pool is outsourced, and the staff's attitude was so-so... The view was average, and the area was quite small. Coming straight from the Ritz-Carlton, the Sheraton's pool left me a bit disappointed... The water was a bit cold, and we left within half an hour. Hotels in Dubai don't provide disposable bathtub liners, which honestly could be a new business opportunity, haha~

Our check in time was 3:00 PM While we checked in past 5:00 PM, when we reached room, housekeeping was still inside cleaning The room was not ready 2 hrs past check in time? Upon booking I had requested happy birthday decoration and called reception, they said they will provide complimentary dessert, it was not there, and they did not bring it at all during our stay I called, they said it will come… but it didnt, they just brought fruits which we did not touch… much later after we checked in…. We had to call for our luggage too, it was delayed, it didnt reach after our check in, it seems they lost it…. Called back asking for luggage description The room was very hot when we walked in, and AC was malfunctioning… at times it was cool but most times it was hot… and we had to call for that too Overall, the hotel was beautiful, room was spacious, you can walk around endlessly in lobby and look around but you would not expect such hiccups to take place in such a high end and iconic hotel like Atlantis The Royal Things we did not like: - Room was still being cleaned 2 hours after check-in time - Birthday requests and promised complimentary dessert were not fulfilled - Delayed arrival of luggage - AC!!! Room too warm 💔 - Had to repeatedly call reception for basic requests

Great location with great view. Direct access to Dubai Mall is definitely a plus. However, the cleanliness of the hotel need to be improved. The bathroom has got a lot of water stains.

My stay at Asiana Grand Hotel Dubai was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and all the details are beautiful. The location is excellent, especially since it's very close to Dubai Airport, which was incredibly convenient for me. The staff are respectful and cooperative, and the service is excellent. The atmosphere within the hotel is calm and relaxing. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I recommend the hotel for families and anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel close to the airport.

The greatest hotel I’ve ever been to. Interior and exterior is amazing, the staff were so kind and thoughtful. Proper luxury

Unfortunately I found the hotel to be quite dirty and worn out - from grout in the bathroom, to stains on the redhead and scratches on the walls / tables… expected better than this. They were also late to check me in, with the room not ready at 3pm
