The hotel was so unique, and the staff were warm and friendly. They assisted me during the time of the flood and was so understanding that our flight had been cancelled. The staff made us feel at home and catered to every need. The view was amazing! The atmosphere was lively and every room and restaurant had a story to tell. I cannot thank the staff enough for all their hard work and incredible hospitality. Sachin was always greeting us with a smile, and entertained us at the bar, his cocktails were amazing. Leon, Daniel and the front office Team was so enthusiastic and joyful we can’t thank them enough as every single person on the team was incredible at their job. The Hotel has the best doormen as they recommended places to go and restaurants in the area. They managed to find us taxis even during the taxi shortage. The housekeeping team paid very close attention to detail and were very attentive. Akram was Incredible, and we can’t thank him enough for his service! The food was fresh, and the chefs were so accommodating to our dietary needs. if you need somewhere to relax, enjoy the view this is definitely the Hotel to go to. The location was incredible and the view from the Tapasake pool was spectacular. Overall every staff member that assisted us was able to accommodate all our requests and give us effortless service. We are so grateful for the colleagues and their service during our day. It was the highlight of Dubai especially during such a stressful time.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel with my family. The management upgraded me to a suite and I would like to extend special thanks to Mr.John for his hospitality and support demonstrating high levels of professionalism.

It was a wonderful stay The room had a beautiful view of the sea and Dubai Harbor from afar on the high floors. Breakfast at the hotel was very special, with a variety of dishes, and every day the hotel put beautiful hospitality in the roomThe service was very fast and the facilities were beautiful. I thank Mr. Tariq and the distinguished reception team. I will definitely visit the hotel again

Incredible hotel with fantastic service. Amir was incredible and helped guide me through some difficult weather related airline issues that arose on the trip. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Facilities are top notch and service was 5 star

What a tailored great service l just had with my friend at the buffet breakfast, special thanks goes to Zack, l felt like he really knew our preferences on menu selection , constantly checking our table and we didn’t even walk around finding what to eat which was very much impressive and something new l have never seen in a buffet and this made us feel valued, and the atmosphere was so relaxed. What a luxurious experience , I really can’t wait to come back again for this amazing experience also the check in process was just amazing.
