The kitchen was great! The room wasn't spacious, and the bathroom drainage was poorly designed; even adding an extra small bed wouldn't be possible. The room they gave us was different from the one we booked, meaning some people had to sleep on the floor.

The hotel's location is great, right in Dubai's new city center, with excellent amenities nearby and not far from the metro station. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with luggage, and check-in was smooth. All the hotel staff were very polite. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and a good variety of food. The rooms are spacious and bright. The only thing was that the balcony door was locked, which they said was for safety reasons. I later asked the front desk to unlock it for me, but I had to sign an agreement. Overall, I'm satisfied.
The only regret is that this trip to the UAE coincided with the conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran, and neighboring countries were all somewhat affected. I hope peace returns to the Middle East soon.

OHN_OHNI stay in Sofitel Dubai for 6 days for this trip, it make me feel like home. Room is very cozy and clean. They always prepare for good sleep by put camomile tea on the bedside table. Good amenities and plenty of water replace every day. The bed is very good make me have a deep sleep and wake up with nice view of Berj Kalifa, that’s brilliant

The room is relatively large and the decoration integrates a lot of local elements. At first glance, it was okay, but it was still rough. At first, the front desk couldn't find the reservation. I asked the housekeeper to contact for a long time, and finally said that I had received a message from the agent. It seems that it is not Trip.com that I booked directly with the hotel, but through a local agent. The experience is not very good, or the international hotel chain is more reliable. Other aspects are quite satisfactory, if there are other options, it is not recommended to live here.

Was there on a short business trip. Location is great, the hotel itself isn’t modern (probably built in 2005 or something) but its super clean. The cleanest hotel bed i ever been in tbh. Great amenities , great service. Great value for the money. Here’s a photo of the view from my room

Although the facility is well located and it is clean, some of the things in the facility is old and not functioning. Like the plug in the basin to hold water...
Other than that, all is good

Stayed over New Year’s Eve. Comfortable sized room and even on the first floor we had a good view of the cityscape including the Burj from a corner of our room. Great location beside the DIFC metro and lots of 24-hour shops along Shiekh Zayed Road. Good soundproofing in the room as we could not hear the traffic at all from the first floor.

Came here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.

The woman at the hotel reception, I don't know if she's new! She was clueless about everything! And her attitude was terrible! At first, she said the suite I booked wasn't available. I asked her to confirm, and then she said it was, and the room was ready, but check-in time was 2 PM, and early check-in would cost extra. I asked her how much, and she initially said 600 dirhams. I said okay, then the manager came over and said the room would be ready in about ten minutes and we'd check in right away. A while later, she said the room was ready and we could check in, but since it was a suite, it would cost double, 1200 dirhams. I was speechless. Why didn't she say it was 1200 dirhams earlier? Even her manager agreed, how could she be so incompetent? And why couldn't she let guests check in early if she had a vacant room? How could she be so stubborn? I was so angry at that point, I wasted over an hour of my time. I told her I wanted to cancel, that I wouldn't stay, and then she said she'd apply for it! It was truly unbelievable!! At Atlantis, we arrived at 7 AM, and although check-in was at 3:30 PM, she said she'd check us in immediately even though there was a vacant room.
