Stayed here recently for a short staycation and overall had a pleasant experience, particularly considering the very reasonable rate we paid for a suite. The hotel itself is certainly impressive visually, with its distinctive golden tower design and famous status as one of Dubai’s landmark hotels. Check-in and valet parking were efficient, the elevators were surprisingly quick for such a tall building, and the room itself was clean and well maintained. We also ordered room service during our stay and found the food tasty, reasonably priced, and delivered promptly.
One thing I did not realise when booking is that this is a dry hotel, so alcohol is not served anywhere on the property. That was my oversight rather than the hotel’s, but it may be useful information for future guests to know in advance.
Our suite was spacious and more apartment-style in layout, with a separate bedroom and kitchen area. However, the overall setup felt quite minimalist in terms of amenities and furnishings. Although the suite includes a kitchen, there are notices advising guests not to use it, and aside from two drinking glasses there were no utensils, crockery, or cutlery provided. Similarly, amenities throughout the room felt limited to the basics: two guests but only two bath towels, two rolls of toilet paper across two bathrooms, and minimal additional furnishings such as sofa cushions or dining seating around the kitchen counter area.
The room itself was comfortable enough, although there were a few practical details that impacted sleep quality for us. The illuminated touch-panel light controls remain quite bright overnight, and once your eyes adjust the room never becomes fully dark. There was also overnight construction noise nearby during our stay, although of course that may be temporary and outside the hotel’s control. Guests sensitive to light or noise may wish to keep this in mind.
Another thing worth noting is that many rooms appear to face sideways toward neighbouring towers rather than directly toward Sheikh Zayed Road or the coastline, so lower-floor rooms may have fairly limited views depending on their orientation.
Overall, I would say the stay represented fair value for the price we paid. While it may not feel especially luxurious or fully equipped compared with some other Dubai four-star properties, it was clean, efficient, and suitable for a short stay, particularly for guests looking for a well-located and affordable suite-style hotel experience.
The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time my son walked by the front desk, they'd offer him juice. Once, my son asked for a rubber band to play with, and the staff member brought him a whole big bundle – it was hilarious! 😂 The overall decor has an 'old money' vibe, and the lobby is adorned with many humorous takes on classic oil paintings. Most of the guests coming and going seemed to be business elites. There's a metro station right outside the door, and it's quite close to Dubai Mall – you can actually walk there. The only minor downsides are that the facilities are slightly dated (though still perfectly fine), and driving is a real pain. Because it's so central, you can get stuck in traffic for half an hour right outside the hotel during peak morning and evening hours (no exaggeration!).
We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast was nice with lot's of options to choose from vegetarian and non- vegetarian.
The staff were very friendly, accommodating with guest need and wants during breakfast hours. The resturant was very busy during breakfast hours staff went extra miles to find sitting arrangements for the guest. The ho
tel is old look however the entire services provided by the staff were extremely high as we didn't feel that we are away from home.
The team member named Supriya at the reception was very welcoming with great smile provided us with professionalism services.
Overall we enjoyed staying at Millemium Palace.
I am writing to share my excellent experience during my recent stay at Towers Rotana on 13th December 2025 for the Learners Education conference.
I arrived early at 5:30 am, well before the 1:00 pm check-in time. I requested to use the facilities to freshen up and was promptly offered an early check-in and Club Lounge breakfast for a very reasonable fee. Having a background in hospitality myself, I was thoroughly impressed by this. It is a fantastic example of empowering front-line employees to drive incremental revenue while providing high-value service.
I would like to especially recognize Hassan (or Hassim) at the front desk. He was very pleasant, and handled my arrival with great professionalism. I also want to commend the young lady at the Club Lounge (a new staff member from Myamar); she was incredibly friendly and diligent in managing both check-ins and the food supply.
Having lived in Dubai for two years and previously stayed at the Media Rotana in Barsha, I found Towers Rotana to be just as exceptional. The convenience and service are top-tier. I will certainly stay here again and will be recommending your hotel to my friends.

We stayed at Millennium Place Dubai Marina with my friend and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, stylish, and very comfortable — exactly what you expect from a great Dubai stay.
The location is excellent: just a short walk to Dubai Marina Mall, the promenade, cafes, and public transport. It was very convenient both for sightseeing and evening walks along the Marina.
Our room was clean, spacious, and well-designed, with a comfortable bed and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was great and maintained a high standard every day.
The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful, always ready to assist with any request and make us feel welcome. Breakfast was tasty but not so varied.
Overall, Millennium Place Dubai Marina is a perfect choice for a trip with friends — great location, excellent service, and a very pleasant atmosphere. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.
The service was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The front desk was also very helpful in booking our desert tour tickets. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, the hygiene was top-notch.
Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard.
While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel.
The room is very spacious, about 40 square meters, and very clean. A bit more meat for breakfast would be nice. It's super close to the subway station, just a 3-minute walk. It's also very near the Burj Khalifa; you can even see it from the hotel room, less than two kilometers away.
This was a last-minute stopover for our first night in Dubai. Even though we only stayed one night, the hotel's location was excellent. Just a few hundred meters and a right turn led us to Dubai's main street with all the skyscrapers.
The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Since we were traveling with a child, they kindly provided an extra duvet free of charge and converted the sofa into a sofa bed, which was spacious enough for us and our little one.
It was also super convenient to go for a run in the morning from the hotel to the main road where the tall buildings are located.
We were very fortunate that the airport closed due to the Iran attacks the day after we left the UAE. I hope all the hotel staff and tourists are safe, and I wish for world peace!

My one-night stay at the Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City was an absolute delight, perfectly combining luxury, convenience, and world-class entertainment that made it feel like a mini-vacation in Dubai.
The hotel's location in Al Habtoor City is fantastic—right on the Dubai Water Canal with stunning skyline views. The exterior is impressive, especially at sunset, and the modern lobby welcomes you with elegance and efficiency. The absolute standout was attending La Perle by Dragone—Dubai's must-see aquatic acrobatic show, conveniently located right in the Al Habtoor City complex (just a short walk from the hotel!). The custom-built theatre is incredible, and the performance blew me away with jaw-dropping dives, aerial stunts, motorcycles, and mesmerizing water effects. It's a perfect blend of artistry, athleticism, and theater—truly unforgettable!

GGuest UserThe kitchen was great! The room wasn't spacious, and the bathroom drainage was poorly designed; even adding an extra small bed wouldn't be possible. The room they gave us was different from the one we booked, meaning some people had to sleep on the floor.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is great, right in Dubai's new city center, with excellent amenities nearby and not far from the metro station. Upon arrival, they proactively helped with luggage, and check-in was smooth. All the hotel staff were very polite. The restaurant has a nice ambiance and a good variety of food. The rooms are spacious and bright. The only thing was that the balcony door was locked, which they said was for safety reasons. I later asked the front desk to unlock it for me, but I had to sign an agreement. Overall, I'm satisfied.
The only regret is that this trip to the UAE coincided with the conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran, and neighboring countries were all somewhat affected. I hope peace returns to the Middle East soon.
GGuest UserThe room was pretty decent for being in the city. We booked the half-board option, choosing breakfast and dinner. However, there was a discrepancy regarding dinner; the front desk and the restaurant staff told us different things. We were initially told both the second and third-floor restaurants were options. When we went to the second floor, they said no, and it took some back-and-forth communication to resolve it. Then, at the third-floor restaurant, they also said no, despite the front desk confirming it was fine. We went back to the third-floor restaurant, and again, they refused. Isn't this something that should be synchronized internally within the hotel?
KKola123Check in was smooth and was attended by Rash. She was courteous and helpful in getting the room. Was given a room on a higher floor facing partial Dubai frame. The soap etc is very poor quality and bed sheets not white, something not expected of such hotel.
Bikash at concierge was rude and I feel need training on customer relations. Gave him the card and instead of handing back, he just placed on the table. Valet parking was also slow and disorganised. Imagine waiting 30 mins just for them to pick up the car. I don't see this in Sofitel Downtown or the JW Marriot.
Location is ok but there are definitely other better hotels around the area. Other facilities such as steam room and pool area are quite old.
JJack979Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is unbeatable, within walking distance to Dubai Mall and the Fountains.
The most amazing highlight was the infinity pool on the 54th floor; taking photos with the Burj Khalifa from there was an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. Every staff member provided meticulous and thoughtful service.
It was an impeccable stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again.
GGuest UserThe room is relatively large and the decoration integrates a lot of local elements. At first glance, it was okay, but it was still rough. At first, the front desk couldn't find the reservation. I asked the housekeeper to contact for a long time, and finally said that I had received a message from the agent. It seems that it is not Trip.com that I booked directly with the hotel, but through a local agent. The experience is not very good, or the international hotel chain is more reliable. Other aspects are quite satisfactory, if there are other options, it is not recommended to live here.
AAnonymous UserCame here with my mom for 3 nights. Location is quite good. The metro is 400m away and you can access many parts of dubai. Behind the hotel and nearby there are convenient stores and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are well trained, professional and courteous. The room and Bathroom is spacious. Breakfast is good. As i am writing this, we had to extend another day due to the war happening between Iran and Israel. Airports are shut. The staff managed to give us a good rate to extend our stay.
LLatif JabarStayed at Number One Suites, Dubai during a short layover, and it was a comfortable choice. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for resting between flights. Check-in was smooth, staff were polite, and the location made the transit hassle-free. Simple, practical, and value for money for a layover stay.
GGuest Userthe place was amazing and staff are so kind and friendly richard maria and saqib. also thank to michael during our check in time... looking forward to book again in your place 😍😍
GGuest UserThe woman at the hotel reception, I don't know if she's new! She was clueless about everything! And her attitude was terrible! At first, she said the suite I booked wasn't available. I asked her to confirm, and then she said it was, and the room was ready, but check-in time was 2 PM, and early check-in would cost extra. I asked her how much, and she initially said 600 dirhams. I said okay, then the manager came over and said the room would be ready in about ten minutes and we'd check in right away. A while later, she said the room was ready and we could check in, but since it was a suite, it would cost double, 1200 dirhams. I was speechless. Why didn't she say it was 1200 dirhams earlier? Even her manager agreed, how could she be so incompetent? And why couldn't she let guests check in early if she had a vacant room? How could she be so stubborn? I was so angry at that point, I wasted over an hour of my time. I told her I wanted to cancel, that I wouldn't stay, and then she said she'd apply for it! It was truly unbelievable!! At Atlantis, we arrived at 7 AM, and although check-in was at 3:30 PM, she said she'd check us in immediately even though there was a vacant room.
