Hotels in Sheikh Zayed / DIFC, Dubai

The Gevora Hotel is a lovely hotel, very well located, close to downtown Dubai and the Museum of the Future. There's also a metro station just a few steps away, making it super convenient for getting around Dubai's attractions. The room we were given on the 27th floor was very spacious and comfortable. Although the views were to one side of the building, given the hotel's height, you could still get great city views. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean, and the pillows were also comfortable. Our room had a kitchen, but in reality, you can only use the fridge as cooking isn't allowed in the apartment. However, it's useful if you want to bring in pre-made food or drinks. The breakfast was comprehensive and varied with different food selections; it just needed a little more fruit, but that's a minor detail. The only annoying thing was the construction noise around the hotel, which barely stops for a few hours in the early morning. But this is a constant issue in most Dubai hotels; there's construction everywhere, and it's hard to escape the noise. Another thing we suggested to the hotel is to renovate the carpets as they looked worn or stained in some places. Everything else was good. The pool and gym area were very nice and offered beautiful city views.

The location is excellent, the room is spacious, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. Every time my son walked by the front desk, they'd offer him juice. Once, my son asked for a rubber band to play with, and the staff member brought him a whole big bundle – it was hilarious! 😂 The overall decor has an 'old money' vibe, and the lobby is adorned with many humorous takes on classic oil paintings. Most of the guests coming and going seemed to be business elites. There's a metro station right outside the door, and it's quite close to Dubai Mall – you can actually walk there. The only minor downsides are that the facilities are slightly dated (though still perfectly fine), and driving is a real pain. Because it's so central, you can get stuck in traffic for half an hour right outside the hotel during peak morning and evening hours (no exaggeration!).

New rooms are modern, clean, and well-equiped! The view is nice. The service is very good, there were some concerns but they all were resolved by the staff (thanks Sarina and another female receptionist). A complementary swimming pool is in another hotel, just 5-minute walk. There are gym and laundrymat, we didn't use them though. There are 2 issues, 1 is smaller, some rooms are connected with the inner door, and neighbors are clearly hearable, we asked for another room; 2 is bigger, there is an ongoing renovation, and drilling happens from 9 to 18, it will last months unfortunately. We stayed just 2 nights.

All stuff was friendly and good behavior  Only we faced small issue for the curtain inside bathroom needs to be fixed but they tried already , unfortunately it didnt fix  In general everything was good and will repeat it for sure

Location & Transportation: Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Don't follow the navigation; it'll take you the long way around. Just head straight in the direction of your destination, trust me, you can walk there. Cons: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away. Room Experience: The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand. The bed is very narrow, probably less than 1 meter wide. The desk space is also small, which is tough when traveling with many small items; you constantly have to tidy up. Amenities: The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special à la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good. There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast. The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice. Overall Impression: The value for money isn't great. The room being so small was quite disappointing, but the public facilities are all good. The location is still a bit far from the metro.

Arrived with a rental car, but there's no valet parking. You have to park it yourself. All the staff were very polite, kind, and extremely helpful when asked for directions. The DMCC Metro station is right across the street, about a 5-minute walk away. Dubai Marina is just around the corner, offering a great atmosphere in the evenings. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. We had a room with a balcony; unfortunately, the Wi-Fi reception there was poor, though it was fine inside the room. Breakfast wasn't great; you had to order from a menu, unlike our previous two hotels which offered a breakfast buffet. Otherwise, our 3-day stay was perfectly fine.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Rose Park Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, the **check-in process was very smooth and efficient**. The front office team welcomed us warmly and handled everything professionally, which made us feel comfortable right away. One of the things we appreciated the most was the **excellent cleanliness of the room**. The room was spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping clearly pays great attention to detail, and it made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. The **service throughout the hotel was outstanding**. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made a big difference and really enhanced our overall stay. The **location of the hotel is also perfect**, especially because it is **directly opposite the metro station**, which made it extremely convenient for us to travel around the city. Whether going for sightseeing or dining, transportation was always quick and easy. The hotel also offers **great facilities and amenities** that add comfort to the stay. Everything is well maintained, and you can see that the hotel truly cares about guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at Rose Park Hotel was **comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable**. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, clean rooms, and a fantastic location. We will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

The room came with a kitchen, including a sink, microwave, and washing machine, which was incredibly convenient. The room itself was also quite spacious. We arrived at 1 AM, but the hotel quickly provided a complimentary extra bed for our child. The breakfast selection was diverse, and the staff were warm and attentive. Overall, it was a great stay, with the only downside being the city highway right below our window; even on the 17th floor, it was still a bit noisy.
