I requested a room with a Burj Khalifa view, and the staff were very helpful in arranging it. The night view was beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful with a great variety of options. Free parking was available. I stayed in early September, which is off-peak season, so the price was under 500, which was quite a good deal.

A fitness enthusiast's dream hotel! I read reviews calling SIRO a fitness hotel with some skepticism, but I decided to book it anyway – and wow, it really is! SIRO's gym spans two levels and is absolutely massive! It's definitely a best-in-class facility, featuring a 20-meter sled lane, a huge yoga studio, and reformers. Hotel guests can even join various group classes for free. The hotel itself is very new, and the room decor is exactly to my taste. They even provide a fitness rack and yoga equipment right in the room! Unfortunately, the One & Only's long lap pool was closed for maintenance during my stay, which was a real disappointment. I'm not sure if it was because it's the off-season, but breakfast was à la carte with limited menu options and a cap on the number of items you could order. I wasn't a fan of that arrangement. On a brighter note, the hotel service was excellent, and there are several cafes and a mini-supermarket conveniently located downstairs.

Staff was really good as well service Room were quite big and specious I booked for 2 nights then I extended for 5 nights, Museum, metro station and Indian restaurant were too close I recommend for this hotel best price ,really affordable

The hotel's service attitude was quite poor. We booked two twin beds but were given a king-size room. They insisted that this was their standard room type. We stood firm and demanded two separate beds. Then, they charged us an additional 2900 local currency for two nights, which is equivalent to 5000 RMB – what a rip-off! Thankfully, Ctrip intervened and got them to refund half the amount. Ctrip is also planning to compensate me for the other half.

I booked this hotel and arrived very tired after several hours of flying, all I wanted to do was sleep. I was surprised to find out the hotel was undergoing renovations, and they sent me to another hotel. I think there might have been other guests there, and they just sent me to an affiliated hotel or one with the same owner, I'm not sure. The fact is, they told me to call a taxi or walk 'only 2 minutes'. I asked for help to walk there, but it turned out that even though it's quite close, it's actually about a 10-minute walk, and even more complicated with luggage. The main issue was that after we exited the mall we walked through to get to the other hotel, the security staff who escorted us pointed out where the other hotel was and told us to walk there. I didn't accept this because I was with my daughter and several suitcases, so I told him he needed to come with us. He did, then called another person who took our bags and helped us until we checked in. When I arrived at the second hotel, I was treated very well, and check-in was very quick. I slept very comfortably, and everything was excellent. However, it's unacceptable that a hotel like Ibis, which is a chain, would be undergoing renovations but still allow reservations. And the worst part is that they made me walk to another location, whether it was 2 minutes or 20 minutes, it's still a major inconvenience for me.

New rooms are modern, clean, and well-equiped! The view is nice. The service is very good, there were some concerns but they all were resolved by the staff (thanks Sarina and another female receptionist). A complementary swimming pool is in another hotel, just 5-minute walk. There are gym and laundrymat, we didn't use them though. There are 2 issues, 1 is smaller, some rooms are connected with the inner door, and neighbors are clearly hearable, we asked for another room; 2 is bigger, there is an ongoing renovation, and drilling happens from 9 to 18, it will last months unfortunately. We stayed just 2 nights.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the view from the window is still very good, and breakfast is nice too. Remember to ask the front desk for a room facing the tower and a non-smoking room, as the smoking rooms have a strong smell.

The hotel is really conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the metro and roughly the same distance to the sea. The walk to the sea through Dubai Marina is beautiful. The room itself is clean; you can tell it's not brand new, but it has a certain charm to it. It has everything you need: robes, slippers, shower gels, shampoos, toothbrushes, sewing kits, and even a shoe-shine sponge. The breakfast is quite decent too, with hash browns, scrambled eggs, pastries, pancakes, waffles, coffee, tea, and juices. I would definitely come back for a second stay. Oh, and we didn't use the pool, but right before checking out, we regretted not trying it sooner because the water was refreshingly cool. I recommend this hotel; it's not super luxurious, but it's pretty good overall.
