A Truly Exceptional Stay at Gevora Hotel! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Gevora Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment for their guests. The service at Gevora Hotel was outstanding. The staff members were friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure my stay was comfortable. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any requests, their commitment to excellent service truly stood out. One of the highlights of my stay was the breathtaking view from my room. The panoramic vistas of the city skyline and surrounding landscape were simply stunning, especially during sunrise and sunset.  Overall, my experience at Gevora Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming hotel with fantastic service and incredible views, look no further. I can't wait to return for another visit!

Perfect Holiday Trip.com was excellent, handling all issues throughout and guaranteeing the lowest price globally. The hotel has an old money vibe, and the wet sauna was particularly great. The honeymoon suite was fantastic. Breakfast was quite good. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). Highly recommended!

The hotel is new and modern; however, my stay was severely affected by multiple room defects and poor service handling. The hair dryer in the bathroom was defective, with the cover broken. When I reported this, the engineer came but was unable to fix it and advised me to hold the exposed wire while using the hair dryer, which is a serious safety hazard and i got shock once. Additionally, the room phone was intermittently not working and could only be used on loudspeaker. As a result, I had to walk down to the lobby every time I needed assistance, which was extremely inconvenient. The complimentary shuttle bus service was also poorly managed. The concierge staff emphasized that the shuttle was “not under their control” and that any issues were not their responsibility. I was told to wait and that an announcement would be made when the bus arrived. I ended up waiting for more than 50 minutes, with no announcement and no staff present to assist. There was no communication or support provided at all. Overall, while the property looks new, the lack of maintenance, safety concerns, and poor service coordination made this stay unacceptable. Will not book with them again.

Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard. While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel.

Location & Transportation: Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Don't follow the navigation; it'll take you the long way around. Just head straight in the direction of your destination, trust me, you can walk there. Cons: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away. Room Experience: The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand. The bed is very narrow, probably less than 1 meter wide. The desk space is also small, which is tough when traveling with many small items; you constantly have to tidy up. Amenities: The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special à la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good. There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast. The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice. Overall Impression: The value for money isn't great. The room being so small was quite disappointing, but the public facilities are all good. The location is still a bit far from the metro.

The biggest issue with this hotel was definitely the housekeeping. Despite the good location in Dubai Marina, the cleanliness standards were consistently disappointing and affected the overall experience. We repeatedly found stains on the bed linen and had to request multiple replacements. Dust was not properly removed in several areas, which made the room feel poorly maintained. Even towels sometimes came with visible stains, which was quite unpleasant and not what you expect from a hotel in this category. Overall, the hygiene issues were hard to ignore.

My girlfriend and I recently stayed at Rose Park Hotel, and it was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. The moment we arrived, the **check-in process was very smooth and efficient**. The front office team welcomed us warmly and handled everything professionally, which made us feel comfortable right away. One of the things we appreciated the most was the **excellent cleanliness of the room**. The room was spotless, well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard. Housekeeping clearly pays great attention to detail, and it made our stay very relaxing and pleasant. The **service throughout the hotel was outstanding**. Every staff member we interacted with was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their professionalism and hospitality made a big difference and really enhanced our overall stay. The **location of the hotel is also perfect**, especially because it is **directly opposite the metro station**, which made it extremely convenient for us to travel around the city. Whether going for sightseeing or dining, transportation was always quick and easy. The hotel also offers **great facilities and amenities** that add comfort to the stay. Everything is well maintained, and you can see that the hotel truly cares about guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at Rose Park Hotel was **comfortable, enjoyable, and memorable**. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, clean rooms, and a fantastic location. We will definitely look forward to staying here again in the future.

Highly recommended for tourists! **Location:** The location is fantastic! The hotel is just a short walk from the metro station, which is only one stop away from the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. There are coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. I chose a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, and for the price in this area, I think it's a great deal! Especially when traveling with family, a room with a view is definitely a plus. **Service:** On the day of check-in, our room wasn't ready until over an hour after the official check-in time, so we had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. However, the front desk offered us a complimentary dinner, which was delicious! I'm not sure how much it would have cost to add dinner separately. On check-out day, they also extended our check-out time by an hour. There's also a comfortable seating area in the lobby. **Facilities:** The breakfast is definitely a highlight! You can eat until you're full, and there are many choices. I recommend going to the first floor for breakfast, as it's much better than the second floor. You can eat so much that you won't even need lunch. The room has a fridge and a kettle, so you can make instant noodles or store fruits you buy.

Sometimes when people from the UK and perhaps Europe see the brand Novotel they may consider it being one of the less Premium brands however let me assure you the quality of the hotel the property facilities and especially the staff and those supporting the customer facing colleagues is absolutely superb, That said, and in my particular case, I use this hotel because it is connected to the WTC which offers immediate access into the same without stepping outside. I have been coming here for a great many years and will continue
