The room was excellent, and the downstairs transportation was very convenient. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic. The room was cleaned promptly, and they even tidied up my clothes that I had left out.

We initially planned to stay at the One&Only Za’abeel hotel, but when we approached the SIRO reception, we met Usman. He told us about the hotel’s innovative concept—smart mattresses, rooms without TVs, and in-room fitness. He showed us the spa and, most importantly, explained how everything works. After that, Usman showed us several rooms to choose from and was incredibly friendly, so we decided to stay at the SIRO hotel in a Fitness Suite. I would also like to highlight an absolutely wonderful front desk employee, Alina. Thanks to her, we extended our stay at this hotel several times. She is extremely positive, helpful, and kind. Because of employees like her and Usman, you really want to stay at the hotel longer. SIRO is a hotel that is definitely worth experiencing.

This was a last-minute stopover for our first night in Dubai. Even though we only stayed one night, the hotel's location was excellent. Just a few hundred meters and a right turn led us to Dubai's main street with all the skyscrapers. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming. Since we were traveling with a child, they kindly provided an extra duvet free of charge and converted the sofa into a sofa bed, which was spacious enough for us and our little one. It was also super convenient to go for a run in the morning from the hotel to the main road where the tall buildings are located. We were very fortunate that the airport closed due to the Iran attacks the day after we left the UAE. I hope all the hotel staff and tourists are safe, and I wish for world peace!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel offers breakfast and boasts a convenient location, with all major attractions reachable within a 20-minute taxi ride. Just a short walk to the main street, you'll find a variety of restaurants and cafes. It's truly an ideal place to stay for solo travelers visiting Dubai. The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing could be improved.

Dusit Thani ticks all the boxes for a 5 star hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Basic amenities are provided along with a bathrobe and slippers. A lack of a steam room is a downside, otherwise swimming pool, jukuzi and sauna are adequate.

I booked this hotel and arrived very tired after several hours of flying, all I wanted to do was sleep. I was surprised to find out the hotel was undergoing renovations, and they sent me to another hotel. I think there might have been other guests there, and they just sent me to an affiliated hotel or one with the same owner, I'm not sure. The fact is, they told me to call a taxi or walk 'only 2 minutes'. I asked for help to walk there, but it turned out that even though it's quite close, it's actually about a 10-minute walk, and even more complicated with luggage. The main issue was that after we exited the mall we walked through to get to the other hotel, the security staff who escorted us pointed out where the other hotel was and told us to walk there. I didn't accept this because I was with my daughter and several suitcases, so I told him he needed to come with us. He did, then called another person who took our bags and helped us until we checked in. When I arrived at the second hotel, I was treated very well, and check-in was very quick. I slept very comfortably, and everything was excellent. However, it's unacceptable that a hotel like Ibis, which is a chain, would be undergoing renovations but still allow reservations. And the worst part is that they made me walk to another location, whether it was 2 minutes or 20 minutes, it's still a major inconvenience for me.

Great Location and Excellent Service Recovery We had a pleasant stay at Ibis One Central. The location is excellent—very convenient and within walking distance of several nice cafés, fancy restaurants and shops. Our room also had a lovely view facing the Burj Khalifa, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Some of the rooms have been recently renovated, so you may notice the fresh paint smell. We initially experienced a cleanliness issue with our first room, but the hotel manager handled the situation professionally and promptly arranged for us to move to another room. We really appreciated how efficiently the issue was resolved. Overall, we're grateful for the team's efforts and the excellent customer service. The combination of a great location, beautiful view, and responsive staff made our stay a positive experience.

The service was great, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The front desk was also very helpful in booking our desert tour tickets. The location is excellent, right in the heart of downtown, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, the hygiene was top-notch.

Extremely disappointing experience. We booked a Deluxe King Room but received a room with two single beds. The replacement room had a broken air conditioner, which was only fixed on the second day. The technician even placed his work clothes on our bed during the repair. The window with the harbor view was very dirty. To top it off, during check-out, we were unexpectedly charged an additional 240 AED, which was then removed after we complained. Overall, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel.
