While we currently do not provide this service, we are pleased that you found the nearby metro (approximately 1 km away), buses, and tram to be conveniently located for accessing different parts of the city. I sincerely apologize for the disturbance it caused and for the frustration you experienced with the room change. It’s disappointing to hear that the room you were moved to felt like a downgrade rather than the comfortable upgrade you deserved. Your comfort is our priority, and I regret that we did not deliver on this promise.I’m also sorry that the options for tours and the timing of breakfast did not align with your plans.
