Fantastic guest house, family run, just had everything and more ! Friendly, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and amazingly freshly cooked breakfast , with fresh cut fruits and meat. Hosts couldn’t do enough for you, from the minute you arrived to a warm handshakes., till we left. Great location with dart station across the road. We shall definitely be back. Roscommon couple.

Found this place by chance and what a find. A really lovely place to stay. Convenient for the Dart train into city centre. The place has real character and is spotlessly clean. Some lovely touches like a glass of baileys in the room, nice biscuits, bottled water and some sweets. The host is lovely and friendly and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful with again some lovely usual touches. We sat around one big table which was such a nice idea and conversation flowed between other guests. Without doubt I will be back if I come to Dublin again.

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Jacqui and Gerry; they are wonderful hosts who go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. We were over in Dublin for a funeral sadly, and it meant so much to have such warmth and kindness from them both. The house is gorgeous and the room incredibly comfortable. The breakfast is freshly cooked to order and my partner is already missing Jacqui's full Irish! Its brilliantly located 2 minutes walk from the tram into the city centre, and a great pub just up the road. I would recommend to anyone visiting Dublin!

I stayed here at his week for two nights for a business trip I’m a seasoned traveller UK and Europe and this Delightful B and B is one of the best I’ve experienced Beautiful House and the hosts and their family made me feel right at home Nothing too much for them and the decor and small touches around the room were great Had a wonderful Irish breakfast cooked to order and the breakfast on offer whether full Irish or Continental could not be beaten The hosts Jacqui and Gerry are kind and helpful and I’ve no hesitation in giving five stars for their hospitality and goodwill I’ll definitely be back Kevin

What a wonderful find this family guesthouse was. Certainly will be my destination of choice when on future visits to Dublin. Everything about the home was exceptional from the gracious and friendly hosts, communicative from the moment of booking , the location only yards from the Booterstown Dart Station, gorgeous bedroom and bathroom, luxurious living room in which to unwind in peace or work in quiet space and a social breakfast table to enjoy other guests if they happen to coincide with your dining time. And what a wonderful breakfast!! Healthy or not deciding on your choice! Chose not to necessarily behave and enjoyed the best full Irish breakfast I have had on my travels! If you would like the five star feel of a luxury hotel in a beautiful place but at an excellent price I cannot recommend booking Jacqui’s beautiful home highly enough.

We stayed for one night to go to an early appointment at the Beacon. The B&B is convenient for the Beacon and in a quiet location. The house been beautifully modernized whilst keeping original features and adding lovely design features. The breakfast and hosting are amazing - nothing was too much trouble. A unique offering - a real gem not to be missed.
