The room is clean,
Facilities: Complete and sufficient,
Sanitation: Good
Environment: Quiet
I came to travel by myself and booked a hotel through Ctrip. Dublin hotels are very expensive. My requirements are that they are cheaper, closer to the meeting place, and can take a shower (the water is a little small, but it is enough), all of which are met. I especially praise the service of the brother at the front desk. I checked in at almost 12 o'clock in the evening. His English is not very good. He was very patient and helped me carry my luggage. In the morning, because I left early and couldn't have breakfast, he helped me prepare fruits and yogurt to take away. I forgot to take slippers in the morning, so he helped me take them down, helped me book a taxi, and helped me change some cash. I wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately there was no room. It was a good experience, but it was a pity that I only slept for 4 hours before leaving, hahaha, I forgot to take pictures, and the overall feeling was very good.

The staff were friendly. The restaurant food was good. There were no instructions in the room on how to use the a/c controls. The toilet set was loose. The tv remote was malfunctioning. The shower head stand would not stay in positioned when adjusted to. Overall my stay was pleasant, & hoping the minor things I encountered will be remedied soon.

Just had two wonderful days in Dublin. I'm so glad we chose to stay in this delightful hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the beds were so comfortable . As a party of five we had two rooms adjacent to each other. Everyone agreed the stay was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. After a full day in Dublin centre ( that can be reached easily by local buses from across the street) it was good to relax in the bar next door with locals listening to traditional music. The breakfast was great cooked to order with plenty of choices. Would recommend this hotel and if ever in Dublin again it would be the first choice . Thanks for having us 😊

It’s too expensive for what it is. I traveled with a pet and the accommodation was not worth the extra fees. The breakfast was fine, but the security of the room was poor, and the room was WAY too hot - I had to sleep without blankets in the room in early February! Staff said the radiant heating was the cause. Even with a window open and the heat turned down, it was very unpleasant.

I used stay here very regularly since the 2000s (over 20 years) - nice rooms, great breakfast, and easy to get to the city centre from here. But just before lockdown, I went to book a room and they wanted all the money up front. When I questioned it as I had always paid the bill upon leaving as long as I was staying there (not that it was an issue) it was a take it or leave it response I got. Have booked any Dublin visits elsewhere since

This is not the poshest hotel in Dublin, but it is the best. It's been two weeks and I still dream of returning.

A small traditional hotel which has been refurbished and extended out, all on one floor into an extension. Slightly odd layout and odd mix of decor, but clean modern and spacious room with everything that you might expect, pleasant staff and a good breakfast. Is accessible by public transport with bus stop outside well located shops and restaurants et cetera and has its own restaurant and bar. steep steps lead up from street level to the hotel itself and there are a few places where there are short stairs that require lifting of luggage.

The staff was lovely and the restaurant and bar was nice. Food was good and entertainment in the bar was great. The room was small and very dated.
