Hotel was terrible. Me and my boyfriend booked for a double bed and instead, got two singles stuck together and they weren’t even secured, they easily rolling off and when we reported this, they said they’ll look for another room and just never came back again.
There were bugs on our bed, snails on the roof and the carpet from the stairs to our room were stained. Never ever again.

The check-in was awful - There were only two stuff working at the front desk and they were sorting out event clients all the time. I literally waited 20 mins before I get served.
Apart from this, everything was great.

The room was lovely, most staff polite the only thing that let it down was the room cleaning our bins where not emptied the whole weekend and coffees, toilet rolls etc were only replenished once, having asked 3 times for extra nothing came ,I ended up getting milk from the restaurant , would stay again though close to shops, luas etc
