Overall a good stay in Dublin, a good location and a carpark which was an essential for our stay. We had a basement room that was a little stuffy as it was a very hot weekend. A fan was available in the room. The bed was a bit too soft for us.

The room and facilities are good : confortable and clean.
What is exceptional is the staff : Una at the reception is an angel: smiling, efficient, caring, dynamic, full of humour and very subtle.

Excellent as always
Excellent stay - my second time. Lovely room, comfortable, has everything that you need. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is a bit tight but there is extra parking next door so it's not an issue. I'll be staying again for sure on my next visit. Totally recommend this place.

The best thing about this property is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The area is residential and very walkable. The bus stop is close to the property and always on time and eaay to maneuver. It is only 15 mins from ciry center and there are restaurants and groceries near by. I would stay here again.
