Another fantastic stay at Dundee West always a pleasant atmosphere. Staff exceptional as always and food delicious. We love the central location, easy access for local amenities and much needed time with friends. Until the next time hopefully soon

Excellent stay room food value for money being disabled in the annexe with limited disabled parking prevented me from using the pub resturant a neighbour drove me across not ideal for disabled people needing a wetroom and need to eat otherwise a great Premier inn food service ice for dinner very slow on 5th may

Awesome place to stay, good parking, good food, very clean and tidy room would recommend to anyone. Food was very nice the man at reception was very helpful and polite and very clear on directing me to my room would love to stay there again, highly recommended

excellent bed comfy and spacious breakfast was cooked to order the only faults i could find being at the bottom end of the bad scale was the toilet paper not the best and the coffee machine although nothing wrong with it, was it was the only one, so had to queue or wait for more milk to be added

The hotel is good, staff were all friendly but the breakfast was very disappointing. I had the unlimited continental and it was not good. American pancakes were very dry and hard to eat, no maple syrup and no peanut butter. No teaspoons for yoghurt do had to eat with a cereal spoon. I was looking forward to it but came away disappointed.

Great location on the outskirts of Town as this was just a stopover on our long drive home. We had a lovely friendly check in experience with Kenny and our room was on the upper level at the quiet end of the corridor. The room was really big with the usual comfy bed and good bathroom facilities and we had a great nights sleep. We partook in the meal deal at the adjoining Beefeater and the meals were amazingly good. Breakfast next morning was cooked fresh to order and everywhere was clean and welcoming. It seemed quite busy on the evening but there was plenty of free parking. A lovely Premier Inn which I would definitely visit again
