Now I have written my review on Google, the owner has called me a liar about it. First they said I never stayed there, then they found my name from few years ago and stated how they didn't believe me. I will be making sure this review isn't pushed aside and I will not stand being called a liar when I'm not."

"I had a really great stay at Four Points Flex Dundee! The location is fantastic and very convenient, especially if you’re travelling by bus from Edinburgh Airport — the Dundee bus stop is just a short walk away. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it a lovely place to relax after travelling. Overall, a great experience with an excellent location, welcoming staff, and a comfortable stay. I’d definitely stay here again when visiting Dundee!"

"Good stay as per usual however got their to find the restaurant was closed (not ideal when on business ) and no email or form of communication to say it was closed had to go down to another premier inn restaurant 30 mins away to get food ( meal allowance) other than that staff are respectful and happy to help with any needs"

The food was awful half cooked cold and half the items promised it was shocking. The tv didn't work properly.the entire stay was horrible I had to resort to getting my breakfast from the co op across the road as the hotel food was inedible."

O and the pool was clean and enjoyed. Although did think that charging residents was wrong. But hay ho"

"Stayed here for one night and found the room to be clean spacious and modern. Fairly priced hotel and well located. It has a lively bar and restaurant but some quieter rooms are across the road from this. The hotel allows dogs at no extra cost and is worth a look if staying in the area."

"The hotel room was very nice and comfortable, but we paid extra breakfast, and it was a complete rip-off. The breakfast consisted of a buffet, which at £15 per person should have been made to order. The eggs were like rubber, the sausages were anaemic, the coffee was bitter, and the haggis was dry and tasted foul. Most definitely not worth the money!"

"Luxury Mini-Moon Stay! My husband and I arrived, wedding hair still in and car full of DIY decor straight after our wedding weekend, ready to relax and spend quality time in our new married bubble together. The honeymooners hideaway is the absolute perfect accommodation for this, the ‘lodge’ style home felt warm, comforting and properly luxurious. There wasn’t a small detail hadn’t been thought about by the team at the hide away, we were particularly greatful for the huge comfortable bed which helped us catch up on some well needed sleep and the sauna/hot tub were a real treat! We highly recommend opting for early check in to maximise the use of the brilliant facilities and relaxing vibe the hideaways have to offer- we stayed in the ‘Romantics’ cottage last year for a last minute get away and felt it wasn’t long enough! The kitchen facilities and BBQ were really well equipped, you can easily cook whichever meal you’d fancy. Or if like us you’re looking to really treat yourself you can order meat etc for the BBQ or the just eat app was very handy for take away deliveries. Dundee centre itself is less than 15 minutes in the car, but you really couldn’t feel further away surrounding by miles of fields and farmland, as well as being surprised by the most gorgeous sunrises and sets. All we can say is a huge thank you to the team at Hideaway for making our first week married so special, relaxing and enjoyable- we will 100% be back!!"
