Overall satisfied. Staff are happy to provide assistance; although parking space is limited, staff try to make arrangements for clients. Each staff member takes on many roles and is very busy, and they do their best to serve their customers. When we arrived, the only elevator with direct access to the top floor broke down, and the staff arranged the top floor rooms as usual, requiring you to walk up one floor. Since it is more difficult and strenuous to carry luggage to the upper floor. I informed the staff and they were happy to transfer me to another suitable room.  There was a broken light at the entrance of the room, so they informed the staff. Since it was evening, the staff said they would find someone to replace them on Wing Day, but they didn't.
