The hotel is full of old-fashioned Scottish style. The first floor is a bar, restaurant, and a casino. The front desk clerk is very funny. He often drinks and chats in the bar. He will come over if you need anything. The corridor and stairwell are full of old-fashioned style and very romantic. The room is not big, with old-fashioned doors and windows. There is free parking. It is in the city center, Bajiao Street, the old train station, and the oldest church are all within a 5-minute walk. There are two different national chain supermarkets, Countdown and New World, within a 10-minute walk.

The second floor corridor door is very bad. Whenever someone goes in and out, it makes a loud noise, which makes me sleep badly all night. The hotel's own parking space also charges 15 New Zealand dollars. I didn't pay attention when I checked in at night. When I opened the balcony at dawn the next day, I found that the flag hung by the hotel was very unique! Anyway, I checked out immediately at dawn and will not stay here again.

The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows.
They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is a very quiet and comfortable place at the corner of Bajiao Street. You can see the street from the small balcony of the window, but it is very quiet. There are various churches within a 10-minute walk, and there are many restaurants and shops on the road within 20 minutes of the train station. The key is that parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces in the yard. highly recommended!

Environment: I stayed at this hotel for my second night in New Zealand. Overall, I think the price is quite good. The location is not too remote. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and the room is okay.

This hotel is pretty good, the only downside is that the floor design is weird, there are 4 elevator exits every 2 floors, which means people living on the 5th floor have to go to the 6th floor and then walk down one floor... people living on the 3rd floor have to walk down to the 4th floor

It was a very nice and spacious accommodation with a lovely setup where it doesn’t just feel like a hotel room. Shower was good, had the ability to toast, microwave, and there was a fridge so you could bring food.
Clean and cozy. Very affordable for what you get so pretty happy.

NNimuliyouVery good location, quiet apartment, small and charming house. The facilities are convenient, the living room, kitchen and bedroom are separated, suitable for a family of three. For extra beds, you only need to set up a bed in the living room. The space is very spacious, although the kitchen is not suitable for Chinese cooking, simple breakfast, boiling and baking, and microwave heating are still acceptable. It's clean, the bedding is comfortable, and it's interesting to see the sea from the corner of the window. The room is very warm, so you don't have to worry about being cold. The bathing space is not big, but it's not cold either. The corner Italian restaurant is worth trying. The only small drawback is that the parking space is very crowded and SUVs tend to scratch the walls.

Facilities: Fully equipped with tableware, tea bags, microwave, and cups, all carefully prepared, but you need to bring your own slippers. This is the same in almost any hotel (in New Zealand)
The mattress is super comfortable and supportive. Very good sleep.
Hygiene: clean, spotless, satisfactory, cost-effective
Environment: Quiet residential area. I saw a kitten in the morning.
Neat, clean and bright
Service: Although it is self-service, because I arrived very late at night, the owner left a light for me, which was very warm.
Thank you also to Ctrip for your service. My phone card is a data card I bought but I couldn’t make calls. They helped me patiently communicate with the store and it was very timely!

IIronZZVery beautiful! The hotel is the reception grandma's own house. It looks a bit old, but it is very clean and comfortable! The entrance, that is, the street, is full of various flowers, which is very beautiful! The grandma is also very enthusiastic. GGuest UserThe room was very clean and warm, the bedding was particularly good, and the sleep was very comfortable. Very quiet, suitable for sensitive people like me. The boss is very good. It's a pity that it rained after staying here for a day, and I didn't have time to experience the fun of Danitin. The only drawback is that the faucet hot and cold water are old-fashioned separate, not very convenient.
