This hotel is too new hence their service is not so great. Very slow. We order few glasses of coffee and 1 sandwich, took them 1 hour to bring everything out. I won't be staying this hotel unless 2-3 years later.

This time I had a great experience staying at the Sheraton Hotel Dunhuang. It is the first brand chain hotel in Dunhuang. Dana at the front desk provided very good and professional service.
