The sanitation is very poor, there are many long hairs in the room, and it is not cleaned 3. The bath towels are not changed, and the elderly come here even if they are urged to come. The surroundings are cold, and the service feels backward. The shower head in the bathroom does not leak for more than ten minutes after use. 4. There is no breakfast, I don’t know why breakfast is not provided, is it still listed on Ctrip as including breakfast? Is it a major mistake. 5. There is a list hanging behind the door, the compensation list: damage A compensates 15, damage B compensates 50, the impression is very bad, it puts the guests on the opposite side, and has no sense of service. 6. The Northwest line has been relatively busy recently, and there is still money to be made. Once the peak season is over, more competitors will enter next year.
