首先説地理位置，離莫高窟和鳴沙山二十分鐘車程。但山莊周圍非常荒涼；
其次説整體環境，家庭式的農村大別墅，房間坐落分東南西北四個方向，中間大院可吃飯聊天。西廂西曬後非常熱，特別是大炕房，千萬不能選，窗簾就是一層薄薄的布，一曬就透，八月初去的下午非常熱，空調也不給力，開了像開火車一樣響還不太製冷。
最後説房間，衞生間馬桶和門都有問題。馬桶漏，門關不上

山莊位於機場和市區的中間地段，出行很方便，離莫高窟和鳴沙山景區都非常方便，山莊老闆會提供有償接送服務，都是市場價。叫車的話10元左右可以到市區。山莊的房子很新，房間很寬敞，跟酒店的配置相當。很不錯的是山莊提供洗衣機，如果你在敦煌多住幾天的話洗衣服是非常方便的。房間的熱水供應很充足，洗澡非常方便。山莊位於郊區，空氣比市區舒服，7月份的晚上很涼爽，晚上坐在庭院裏看星星⭐️猶如回到兒時坐在院子裏看星星的場景。早上提供有償的早餐，有豆漿、粥、包子、饅頭、小菜（四種特色小菜如豆莢、茄子、泡菜等）、水果等，非常好的地方，下次再去的話還會選擇住這裏。

在鳴沙山玩到快10點了再過去入住，如果是晚上過去最好自駕，的確是前不着村後不着店，如前面點評的，中間是吃飯的地方，周圍一圈是房間，我們住在最邊上一間，睡覺沒有大問題，挺安靜的，就是衞生間不是乾濕分離，不太方便，好的地方是可以到天台看星空，還有一衹可愛的鴿子

這個民宿的設計真是奇葩，本來是想着評價挺高的，應該不會差。但是入住第一天就發現民宿中間一個大廳是餐廳，所有的房間都圍着餐廳一圈排列，然後早餐取餐枱就在住的房間門口，一開門就面對一桌就餐的遊客，毫無私隱感，而且吵得不行。衹能跟老闆要求換到樓上，樓上噪音也好不到哪裡去，就是私隱性好點，不用被食客圍觀了。老闆也有些不講究，床單一塊黑的硬説衹是用舊了，給一塊讓自己換。房間能不打掃就不打掃，想打掃得跟他説。衞生間乾濕不分，洗個澡就濕的不行。也沒有啥太多的服務意識，因為連住幾天，有天回去發現女老闆正帶客人蔘觀我們房間，天呢我們私人東西都在裏面呢，不知道這些老闆是怎麼想的？優點就是價格便宜，比較合適跟老闆一樣不講究，衹想節省成本的客人吧。

環境很好，衞生乾淨，設施齊全。
老闆很貼心，可以接送，也可以安排出行~~有簡單早餐，午餐可以外賣，約好時間，回來就吃♪（๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑）♪，中午吃的魚鍋（三友記麻辣熗鍋魚）超級好吃~~小鴿子超可愛，會和人貼貼~~

我是看了攜程上面這個瑞雲山莊的介紹以及很多好評，我才訂的酒店，來了以後發現真的名不虛傳。
環境：在敦煌市區和莫高窟之間，莫高鎮上，周邊環境非常安靜，很適合來度假或者是自由行。
有兩層樓，是一個回字形的結構，中廳有餐桌可以吃飯，休閑，聊天。外牆用了敦煌本地的一種特殊建築材料，非常的隔熱。早晚温差又大，真是完全不需要空調。我住的是西廂，以為會當西曬，會比較熱，其實真的不需要顧慮這個。晚上回來把窗户和門開一會兒，立馬就涼快了。住這裏這麼多天都沒有開過空調，儘管白天外面三十六七度。
設施：酒店的房間很大。和市裡麪的三星級酒店設施相當，而且設施比較新。衞生間裏也有吹風機，非常方便。還有一個榻榻米和茶具，可以坐下來品茶。
敦煌的出租車並不貴，起步價才5塊多。城市也不大，進出就會很方便。就算是住在這兒，去城裡麪也才不過12 13塊錢的車費。酒店的價格和服務。足以彌補這個差價。
衞生：條件不錯，如果是長駐的話，這裏還有洗衣機，屋內，或到外面有露台，可以晾曬。
服務：老闆姓班，很有文化品味和底藴。人非常和善，不多言，就像一個自家的長者。
如果需要接機送機或是去景點，他們也可以提供服務，價格和外面是相當的。很方便呀！
其實他這裏也可以訂有些演出的票，比我從旅行社訂的還便宜呢。這裏也可以有早餐，正餐，衹要提前預訂就可以吃到。
另外，從7月1號開始進入旺季，攜程的價格就飆升到200以上了，而老闆並沒有隨便漲價，一直給我一個很公道的價格。再看看同期的市裡麪的酒店價格，動輒三四百。真心感覺還是住在這兒合適呢。

瑞雲特別適合自駕遊住宿，停車方便，房間真大，床鋪舒服，淋浴水大，在甘肅三次民宿，就這次淋浴水好，之前搞得我都以為甘肅嚴重缺水了？最主要，老闆人好唉，給推薦的遊玩都讓人物超所值的感覺。
