The front desk staff was incredibly helpful! Check-in was quick and efficient, and they enthusiastically offered tips for nearby attractions. The local restaurants they recommended were fantastic, and I didn't disappoint at all. They were quick and responsive to any requests I had during my stay, making me feel incredibly caring. The room was clean and tidy, fully equipped, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. This was a truly wonderful stay. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Dunhuang again!

This is the best hotel for me. I have been travelling in China for 20 days now. I passed through Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Huangshan, Xi’an and Dunhuang. I felt happy to be at this hotel that I could recommend everyone who comes to Dunhuang could stay here. Staffs and managers were so caring and try very best to solve any problem, any request. When I said goodbye I got a goody bag full of water, juice and souvenirs for my journey. I’m so touched and glad that I stopped here. Location is great, 10-15 minutes to night market and easy to access. Laundry machines are great help. I enjoyed best hospitality, best facilities and best location.

The boss is very enthusiastic. We arranged the airport pick-up in advance, and the driver was also very enthusiastic. It is not too far from Mingsha Mountain Scenic Area, and it takes 20-30 minutes to walk there. The boss will take the initiative to drive the tram to take us to Mingsha Mountain Scenic Area. There are a lot of drinks and some fruits in the lobby, and the boss said you can enjoy them at will. The room is very large, and there is no pressure to spread out all the suitcases. Next to the B&B is another family's livestock pen, and the smell is relatively strong. Fortunately, you can't smell it when you close the door and window in the room, but there is a strong smell of second-hand smoke when the air conditioner in the room is turned on. The low temperature outdoors at night is really not suitable for opening the window for ventilation, which is a dilemma.

In gernarl the hotel is ok - clean, nice rooms and helpful staff. But it lacks lots of attention to detail. The upstairs terrace was dirty and not preperd to use (contrary to what the pictures on trip.com show). The area around the swimming pool could also look better and cleaner. Also, we arrived at 15.00 and our room was still not ready. Lots of good street food abalible for breakfast around the hotel. And the hotel has very good coffee.
