The Hotel just opened and of course there are some adjustments to be made, but it has great potential and they really made an effort to make our stay lovely. The location is just perfect, it's less than 5 minutes walk from the gate of the Mingsha Mountain desert area and there are restaurants, snacks, a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby. It's also near the famous Leiyin Temple. Upon our arrival, we were upgraded to the garden room, with direct access to the swimming pool and the sand garden that has Jujube and Pear trees (they welcome you to pick the fruits and eat them, they are very sweet). The room has a private garden with reclining chairs and inside it is new with a modern style, the bed and pillows are super comfortable. It has a large fridge and a wall projector to watch your own media. The room's air is chill even without using the AC and very bright thanks to the big window. The management was very nice with us and gave us welcome presents and invited us to a live music show in the garden offering us beers. They managed a delivery for all the stuff we bought and wanted to ship back to Shanghai. Only little problem is that with the sand garden, it is very easy to bring sand inside the room, they will hopefully come up with a solution for that in the near future.

MMiaocuihuaThis desert hotel experience was amazing! As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the staff, and all my tiredness was swept away. There are so many things to play! The speed of a sand scooter is exciting, while camel riding allows you to appreciate the vastness of the sea of sand. Sand skiing allows you to dive down the sand dunes with laughter.
As night falls, the desert becomes an observatory. Lying on the sand, the stars are within reach, and the excitement of the day blends into the tranquility of the night. This stay was fun and the experience was unforgettable. Highly recommended

The room facilities are also complete. I slept very comfortably. The experience is really good. It is a separate area. , it is very quiet at night, no motorcycles will pass by. There was great choice for breakfast and the staff were very attentive, even bringing local dishes over to us to try and ensuring we had everything we needed. The hotel reception staff were also extremely friendly and helpful always ready to assist with a smile. A big thank you to Wang Ying who helped to hail a taxi and explain where we wanted to go.

GGuest UserThe room was large and clean. Yogurt fruit and breakfast were provided. The younger generation at the front desk of the hotel and the younger sister He were also very good. Super gentle and patient. This hotel also has a pick-up and drop-off service. The person responsible for sending us is Master Li and brought us local specialty snacks. The whole service is very warm, Take pictures of our luggage.
In fact, I originally booked another hotel, but later found that this hotel is in a good location, just next to the night market, there is a bus to the scenic spot next to it. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. It is really really convenient.
In short, I am very grateful to Xiaodai, Xiao He sister and Master Li for their warm and thoughtful service. I really highly recommend this! ! !

Facilities: The facilities are complete, mainly the hotel room is equipped with a humidifier, which is very considerate for people who are not used to the dry weather in Dunhuang.
Hygiene: The bedding, bath towels, and bathroom are very clean. After staying in the room and going out to play, the room will be cleaned and the bath towels will be changed every day.
Environment: Very quiet, very good rest.
Service: The service is in place, and they will ask in advance whether you need to bring breakfast or beef noodles across the street.
A hotel with a relatively high cost performance, I will choose it next time I come!

HHeong Siew YinLocation is very ideal, along a pleasant Main Street, around 5 to 8 mins walk to night market, yet away from the rowdiness of tourists. Just opposite there are convenience shops, a western bakery (Angelia) and stretch of small restaurants in an alley which are of good quality.
Front desk services are fantastic especially helpful for foreigners ( though they don’t speak English- try to use e-translator), regarding local attractions and getting a cab for you if encounter difficulties. They are genuinely helpful to try to overcome your difficulties. Special mention on Ya Jin who even asked her regular taxi driver to accompany us to buy the Mogao Grottoes tickets and arranged for a long distance taxi trip to Liuyuan South Railway station. Wang Na also offered her WeChat contact number if we have difficulties coming back at night. Really warm hospitality.
Even the hotel driver who fetched us from the airport was nice(complimentary service). The housekeepers are too hardworking.
Only complain I have is the breakfast which served exactly the same thing every morning and of limited choices. Thus Angelia bakery just opposite was really a good alternative.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a beautiful environment, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the overall appearance is very new. The drinking water is sufficient, the slippers are very thick, and fruits and yogurt are also provided. The breakfast is very rich, and the rice noodles are especially delicious.
On the first day, I just got off the sleeper train and arrived at the hotel at around 7 o'clock. The front desk Xiao Chen checked in very enthusiastically and upgraded the room type so that we could check in and rest in time.
The hotel has a pick-up service. After communicating with Xiaoya and Xiaogao at the front desk, they helped to contact Master Liang to deliver the car. They also said that they could pack two breakfasts. They were very enthusiastic.
Master Liang, who delivered the car, was very punctual and told us in advance what time we could leave. His attitude was very friendly and the car was clean and tidy.
There was also a small episode in the morning. When the master sent us to the high-speed rail station to get off, the mobile phone in my pocket slipped onto the seat and I didn't see it. After entering the station, I found it and quickly called the hotel front desk. The front desk contacted Master Liang in time. Master Liang delivered the phone to the high-speed rail station very quickly. Thank you very much to the hotel front desk and Master Liang!

BBarryThe hostel is just down the canal a little from the centre of the city, an easy walk. The bus to and from the railway station is less than 500 metres away (ignore what Google maps tells you, they'll take you to a toilet in the wrong direction, use the Trip.com map, and click through to Google maps to get it right). Go a couple of km the other way and you're at the Dunhuang Museum. There is plenty of space downstairs to hang out, they sell a few cold drinks, and might even make coffee - they have the equipment). The rooms are on the second and third floor, no elevator. My room, #304, was quite rustic and not very big, but had a small table and adequate bed. The shower was just far enough away from the toilet that the floor there stayed sort of dry. Air con did struggle a bit with the 40 degree heat.
