The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was adequate. The staff were polite and accommodating as we did arrive earlier and managed to get a room and we were also very kindly and free of charge granted a later check out. The location is certainly central and there is easy access to public transport. However, this is not a boutique hotel, at least in the rooms themselves. While the communal areas looked nicely decorated and stylish, our room did not in the slightest meet the same standard. We stayed in room 336 and allow me to itemise a few maintenance items that need attending to: reading light not working as was damaged; side lamp only had the one bulb, tiles in bathroom about to come loose and clearly a lovely water stain by the air con vent. None of these impeded a comfortable sleep or an adequate stay, however they did make the room look tired and not worth its value. Ah and when got a call to the room we were unable to take said call as the phone cord came loose. We attempted to put it back but still the phone would not work. We were prepared for the room being small and it certainly was small and did the job, Lastly, If parking on site do be prepared for tight corners and bends. Anything larger than a Mini does require some manoeuvring and care, you may well come out of the parking with scratches on your side, as you will notice by the many scratches left by previous drivers on the walls.

On my first business trip after the epidemic, I stayed in the same hotel I had stayed in before. I have to say that prices have indeed increased a lot. The hotel bathroom porcelain is a full set of Villeroy & Boch, and the hardware is a full set of Grohe, which is very high-end! Breakfast was great. It's very close to the King's Avenue, just a 5-minute walk.

Two nights business trip to Düsseldorf Interpack 2023. Hotel was very nice and clean. Service was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean although the view from the window was not the beat but what can you expect from this location near the airport. Breakfast had everything you need and was tasteful basic hotel breakfast. If you want to eat bigger there is restaurant across the yard in Novotel. This hotel is just a walk away from train station and sky train station that takes you to the airport. Also bus SB51 takes you to airport or citycenter. Location is good for business travellers but perhaps not the best if you want to be near citycenter.

Reserved for one night with grandson (11) as a base for a visit to Neanderthal. Private underground parking, not too wide but more convenient than searching for a place on the street. Friendly welcome but you can best know what German, English or any other language is clearly not their fort. No too large room, but enough for 1 night. Flask of water and tea, no coffee, available. No TV or telephone guide, but menu from the in-house Italian restaurant La Scala. No air conditioning in the room but a window but at higher outdoor temperatures, no cool room. We were both of the same about the poor quality of the head coats, and according to the good German custom, you must make your bed yourself, Maw, throw a layer on it and the donut cover on it again. Bathroom spacious and beautiful with inlet-regen shower, hairdryer also available. Beautiful indoor pool, pleasant water temperature, clothing cabins and free towels available. Only the lockers were not accessible, 4 bedrooms, which is a little on the saving side. Also sauna accessible, only sad that some guests want to use it naked, which is their right of course, but yet less attention in a The hotel is located in the centre of the city, and the hotel is located in the centre of the city. Location was great. Close to Dusseldorf and Mochengladbach. An U-Bahn stop right in front of the hotel. (On-site) Parking was not an issue. If you want to check in during off hours a phone call/email to the hotel, or self check-in at the front door of the hotel will do. Room was clean and quiet. Yes it's tiny but sufficient to a family of four in our case. While the name B&B suggests bed and breakfast, breakfast is not automatically included but can be purchased on site. We got yelled at because we did not purchase the breakfast in advance and walked in and prepared to eat. But wait! We can always pay for it (later) right? The staff covering the morning shift that day argued that people 'normally' pay first (so we can not pay later?!).... To be fair, the dining area was clean and welcoming, and foods were there. There were no signages saying that 'Please pay before sitting down' or 'Please wait here to be seated'. The bottom line is that there is no reason to yell at people, right? Just kindly put down a bill/check would yield a much better travel experience. How did the entire incidence end? We paid for the breakfast, but did not eat anything. We walked across the street and had our breakfast at the McDonald's. We did not want to eat in a bad mood with a rude staff.

The heating was on in the room full blast when I entered — not very eco-friendly, and hard to cool down the room using the confusing room temperature controller. Furnishings felt a bit worn and out of date. For some reason, they put a second desk in the room, positioned at an awkward angle to the bed in front of the window, taking up floor space. Nothing of any interest in the surrounding area — if I didn’t have business in the area, I wouldn’t stay here. A high point was the breakfast buffet, which was very extensive, with many choices.

I stayed in this hotel for about 3 weeks, and I can say that I had a goodtime. I can say that the rooms are a bit outdated, but with great pleasure I can say that the staff is very available to requests and to offer the best solutions available. Reception staff are very courteous and professional. The restaurant staff is always available and with a smile on their faces, and ready to welcome guests. The breakfast offers a wide range of food, and the menu with dishes is varied. I conclude by saying that it was a nice stay, and I would like to compliment the staff for their professionalism.

L'hôtel est extrêmement excentré. Cela ne semblait pas être un problème à la réservation dans la mesure où l'hôtel est supposé être plutôt bien desservi par les transports. Cependant, l'hôtel déclare être à deux minutes du métro. Cette station est en effet présente, mais est la dérivation d'une ligne avoisinante. La station est fermée le soir et le dimanche et est désservie une fois toute les 30 minutes. Une autre station à 7 minutes de marche à pied dans un quartier d'affaire et désert le soir (et donc pas très sécurisant) s'impose donc la plupart du temps, et l'hôtel omet cette information de son site. De plus, cette autre station n'est désservie que toutes les 20 minutes. Comptez donc au moins une demi-heure pour rejoindre le centre-ville, ce qui réduit toute possibilité de repasser à l'hôtel pour se changer avant d'aller dîner par exemple. L'accueil est plutôt amical, mais la réceptionniste qui était présente pendant la quasi-totalité de mon séjour semblait de moins en moins sympathique lorsqu'on avait besoin d'elle. Par exemple, je ne parvenais pas à faire fonctionner le coffre-fort et visiblement elle non plus. Aucun mode d'emploi n'était mis à la disposition des clients ni du personnel semble-t-il. Une atre personne est venue voir si elle pouvait faire quelque chose et devait revenir vers moi, mais cela n'a jamais été le cas. J'ai donc dû me débrouiller moi-même. En attendant de trouver une solution le 2ème jour, j'ai dû confier certains de mes effets personnels à la réception afin qu'ils soient entreposés dans le coffre fort central. En raison de clients ayant fumé dans leur chambre d'après les membres du personnel de l'hôtel, le signal d'alarme à été automatiquement activé pendant la première nuit, et nous avons tous dû être évacués, dans la rue, avec une température de 10°C. Je dois dire que j'ai été impressionné par la réactivité du personnel qui à distribué des couvertures aux enfants et qui s'est montré à l'écoute des interrogations des clients en revenant dans l'hôtel. J'ajoute qu'ils semblait bien connaître et appliquer à la lettre un plan d'urgence. Le petit déjeuner était de belle qualité.

room, location is great my stay was perfect especially a warm welcome when I arrived. the receptionist saw me tired from walking under the cold, instead of asking passport but offered me a bottle of water.. lovely.. and other staffs at breakfast were excellent service mind. cheers Hampton Dusseldorf :)
