"Customer service was very poor (aside from the sweet lady that worked the breakfast room). Front desk took several times to answer the phone. The hotel room phone didn’t work. The body wash was out, and we requested more. Front desk said sure, and they never came. They also failed to monitor floors when complaints were made about groups loitering and playing in hallways at 11:00pm - 2:00am. Front desk was called, they said they would come up, nobody came up. Aside from the location and the nice waffle maker at breakfast, customer service was abysmal and management was poor."

"After 10 hours of driving to the hotel, the front desk had told us that a room that we booked was in bad condition, an ozone machine, in return was offered one bed with a tiny couch bed. When I told her it won’t work she tried to refund us at midnight to look for another hotel to stay. We were under the impression that no rooms were available. Very dissatisfied with the urgency in customer satisfaction."

Only issues I had with the room is the bed is really squeaky( probably needs a new base) and the toilets sit too low. Other than that, had a great time here and will return on my next visit. Room 301 is my choice when I come back. Thank you."
