"Everything was great"
Hampton Inn Jacksonville-I-295 East/Baymeadows ★★
"The hotel rooms are comfortable, clean and suitable for work, vacation and leisure. The environment is clean, tidy and quiet. The breakfast is OK. The location of the hotel is very good and the transportation is convenient. The Wi-Fi provided by the hotel is also stable."
Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront ★★★★
"It was my first time staying at Hyatt. I thought it was a famous hotel and should be good, but I was actually quite disappointed with this hotel. The room facilities were not like a four-star hotel and the food in the hotel restaurant was even worse. Don't eat in the hotel restaurant."
Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville/Butler Blvd ★★
"The hotel is not bad, clean, and the price is very reasonable. However, they started repairing the roof early in the morning. Although the announcement in July said that it would be completed in 4 weeks, it was not completed until September 2009. Fortunately, it was completed after getting up. Open it up, otherwise a lot of people will complain!"
Tru by Hilton Jacksonville St. Johns Town Center ★★★
"Great location. Very central to everything including beaches, SJ Town Centre and downtown JAX Friendly staff. Clean and good value including breakfast and parking."
Tru by Hilton Jacksonville Airport I-95 ★★★
"Thank you so much for the incredible staff at the hotel, they were so kind and accommodating. Definitely enjoyed my stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel if your are near the airport. They also provide a free shuttle service to the airport. Once again the Staff are amazing"

Southbank Hotel Jacksonville Riverwalk ★★★
"It is a beautiful facility and our room was no exception with very comfy beds (and pillows). All of the service we required and received during our visit was timely and offered with a smile. Breakfast was excellent as were the drinks in the lobby bar!!!"

Baymont by Wyndham Jacksonville Orange Park
"Convenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again."
Hampton Inn Jacksonville Beach/Oceanfront
"Amazing location! Very convenient for beach lovers as this a few steps away from Jax beach. The outdoor pool and hot tub are also amazing! Breakfast, all-you-can eat and free! 🫶🏽🫶🏽🫶🏽"

Wyndham Garden Jacksonville
"Comfortable stay."

"The hotel is very nice. We stayed here for one night. The breakfast was very good, with freshly made omelettes. The pool and spa area were clean and very comfortable. The only downside was that the heating in our room didn't work."
Comfort Inn & Suites Jacksonville - Orange Park Near Naval Air Station
"The front desk lady was outstanding! It was her first night alone and she was beyond nice. The only downside was how awkward the breakfast area was. Trying to get breakfast with over 2 people was not ideal. Also they didnt have chocolate milk! But overall was great stay. Rooms were clean, bed was bigger than expected!"

Holiday Inn JACKSONVILLE E 295 BAYMEADOWS by IHG
"Was disappointed, took a shower the night I stayed and the shower water did not get hot. The next morning, I went to use the jacuzzi and it was the same thing, "luke warm" at best. Everything else was standard, no frills hotel."
Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Deerwood Park
"An average hotel in a decent location. Service was good. The breakfast is below average, but I don't expect much from this type of breakfast. I would stay here again if passing through."
Hotel Indigo JACKSONVILLE-DEERWOOD PARK by IHG
"While the views and vibes were good. The hotel staff presented great customer service. We were in town for a track meet and with early morning starts we were very disappointed that the advertised breakfast with we were given tickets for at check in wasn't available not even for one day of our stay. This was very inconvenient and there was no compensation offered or given."
Days Inn by Wyndham Jacksonville Airport
"I honestly would like a refund!!! I asked for a room downstairs he gave me one upstairs I asked for a room by the stairs he gave me one furthest away from the stairs I asked for a quiet room and he gave me a room directly in between 12 Mexican working men who stayed up all night drinking and partying outside of my room. It was hard walking in and out of my room as they were right up on me then one of them made a loud noise later that night and they startled me making me spill my chocolate milk and then was charged $25 for it on top of everything"
Hyatt Studios Jacksonville/st Johns Town Center
Tru by Hilton Jacksonville South Mandarin
