The hotel is not bad, clean, and the price is very reasonable. However, they started repairing the roof early in the morning. Although the announcement in July said that it would be completed in 4 weeks, it was not completed until September 2009. Fortunately, it was completed after getting up. Open it up, otherwise a lot of people will complain!

After 9 hrs at work and 375 miles of driving was very impressed with the property. Location was great as well as the staff. Miss Donna was a great help before we got there we were in route and was a very quiet and restful few hours we were there. Will visit again on my next trip to Jax. Fl.

The cable was not working in the whole hotel. Our toilet was running all the time which they offered to change our room. The bed was a little to firm for us, but some people like that. The breakfast was ok. Not alot of variety. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful

The hotel its was OK, its old and needs some TLC. The staff was friendly and front desk staff were on point. However, the breakfast itself was funny to say the least. It consisted of old bread, cereal, and bagels with a jug of milk in the frig.

Our stay at Baymont was ok. The hotel is on the older side so it a bit dated and has a distinct smell. We had to change rooms because of the smell. There were some loud guests on one night that was quickly addressed and an issue with the tv and remote which didn't really get fixed. The staff onsite is very friendly and they tried their best to accommodate.

The hotel cancelled the reservation due to me living in Jacksonville. The issue I had is I had already driven there a good distance and it was late. They should have tejected the reservation from being made in the first place.
