We celebrated our wedding engagement at Hoiana Residences and were blown away by the high level of service and world-class amenities. The amazing breakfast buffet was included with our room, and we looked forward to it every morning. We chose the king 1-bedroom option, which was perfect for our needs. Staff and management were super helpful and aimed to make please; they made our special occasion very memorable and special indeed. Would rate higher than 5 stars if it were possible. I highly recommend, and would definitely rebook if we get the opportunity again. Loved it ❤️!

Breakfast is good. Couldn’t enjoy the pool and beach in the rainy December, then there’s nothing much to do. Suggest the hotel to include an indoor heated pool on complex.

It was the best hotel among the 5-star accommodations I've been to. The hotel service is really good. The pool is large and there is a Kmart and a Kong Cafe inside. The room I stayed in was a two-bedroom. The view was really good. It was also very clean!! The front desk staff were really kind. However, the location is a bit far from the city center, so it took at least 10 minutes to get there by taxi. Other than that, everything was good. I highly recommend it. 👍

Stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied. The room type is one bedroom and one living room. The living room has a dining area and kitchen utensils are complete, including pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Advantages: The hardware and software are all five-star, quiet, and soundproof (this is very important for a person who sleeps very lightly. There are too many motorcycles in the busy area, which is a nightmare for me). The stay is very comfortable and the service is also very good. The beautiful front desk lady who checked us in when we checked in was named Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). We added her Watchsapp when we checked in. We contacted her during our stay and she responded very quickly. Special thanks to Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). The breakfast is very good, and there is actually ice drip coffee. One cup every day to start a beautiful day. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The disadvantages are also prominent. It is located in a remote area, and there is nothing around. There are several food stalls 1KM away, but we did not try them. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that can be sent to Hoi An Ancient Town, Da Nang City, and Da Nang Airport, which makes up for this shortcoming and is not inconvenient for us.

There was a Korean staff member so communication was easy :) I was able to stay comfortably thanks to the kind and helpful staff member, Moon Jae-won! The room view was so nice and pretty The room was clean and there was a mart and a cafe so it was nice You can move easily to other buildings The location is a bit far, but there is a shuttle and there are many things to do in the building ☺️ It was the most resort-like accommodation during my 9 nights 🙃

Entertainment complex

This is the second time I've been here. The room is spacious, clean, and nice. The pool is spacious and nice. The breakfast is great. The downside is that it's far from Hoi An City. There's a shuttle, but there are time restrictions, so it's a bit inconvenient. It would be best for travelers who don't move around much. There's also ***. I'll go again next time. It's so convenient. Taxi is really expensive. Be sure to use the shuttle. There are shuttles from the airport to Danang City and Hoi An City.

Although it is far from downtown Da Nang or Hoi An Old Town, there are free shuttle buses for each route, so there was no inconvenience at all 🙂🙂

I always stay well. The room is separate and there is a washing machine. It was comfortable~~ However, there was some hair in the bathroom. Cleanliness was a bit disappointing!
