There was only sugar in the coffee, and no coffee was provided. The fruits were all rotten! ! Western pastries are all pre-made! This is the first time I have eaten such a wonderful breakfast! ! ! !

The hotel is very close to the film and television city and a certain distance from the city center. It is convenient to drive, so there shouldn't be too many people staying here. There should be more drama crews staying here. We arrived at the hotel in the middle of the night and the front desk asked considerately whether we needed breakfast delivered to the room the next day. It was the first time I had such treatment. The room was spacious and clean. My sisters and I not only ate Duyun food and saw Duyun scenery, but also stayed in a great hotel in Duyun. I will come to Duyun again!

Even if you are a family with an older child, it is a bit embarrassing. The location of the hotel is very remote. There is nothing around. It takes 10 kilometers to drive to the city to eat. It was late at night when we came back from eating. It was raining and I wanted to park the car in the underground garage. However, the guard box at the entrance was dark and no one was on duty. It was difficult to find the underground garage. At the entrance, the lights are dark and people dare not enter. The experience is so bad. It’s so bad. Don’t come here.

I don’t know where to start complaining anymore. The points given are also for the initial renovation of the hotel. The initial renovation of the hotel should have been done with a lot of effort. The equipment is not bad. However, it feels like it has been in disrepair and almost no room is without problems. The basin is leaking and I searched for it several times. I just found a useful shower head in the room. There is no laundry room. The hotel introduced a swimming pool but it was not open. The TV in the bathroom was broken and the sheets were torn... Let’s focus on the air conditioner. I reported to customer service several times that the air conditioner did not have hot air (it was there before changing rooms). The customer service was very impatient and did not arrange or solve the problem. When they reported that there was a problem with the hair dryer, they just pretended that there was no one. Come up and watch? 🙄Then a fierce waiter came and informed that there was no hot air for equipment maintenance in the building. At this time, the customer service was still saying that they wanted to find a maintenance man to come and take a look (contradiction) The breakfast was also very poor and nothing decent (the key point was not much). To quote a customer I met in the restaurant, it was "a complete mess". It’s really a “mess”! !
