Once again the service from the staff was amazing and the amenities are on par with the price range,highly recommended.The apartments would have to be the stand out value from this hotel .loved it and we will be back .

Sorry bathtub. Broken dish washer. Old style TV so unable to use our streaming accounts. Not what we were expecting for what we paid. Very disappointed. Cleaned the bathtub myself. Reported dish washer but wasn't repaired. Booked a place wroth a dish washer so we wouldn't have to wash up every time some one ate. Not particularly happy.

There was a couple of strands of hair in the bed and a couple on the floor in the bathroom and the toilet wasn’t as clean.
The side lamp and kitchen cupboard door were broken BUT, as soon as I reported it, maintenance was on it straight away and fixed them immediately.
The front desk receptionist are very friendly, welcoming and happy to help.
Other than that, it was a lovely stay and I would recommend.

Great location for Perth city. However, found insects on the bed sheet. Need to request housekeeping for stay shorter than 5 days. Broken clothes rack was never replaced. Improvement required for a 4-star accommodation.

For get the location and the good sized apartments, must be in the top 5 in Perth for rude and unhelpful front desk staff. Next time I will rather travel further to my appointments rather then stay here
