The room was large and clean with a balcony facing the pool and the sea. The bed was wide and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and a coffee machine in the room. The shower and toilet are clean and tidy. From the direction of the room you could see Aqaba from afar. The dining room is large, the selection of breakfast and dinner was rich and there was a dilemma about what to choose. Adjacent to the hotel is a large swimming pool. You can reach the beach in a short walk. A short walk from the hotel is the promenade, and within a short walk you can reach two shopping malls. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Many thanks for your service and accommodation. It was pleasant and memorable week in the best part of our country! From first step we are filled warm attention with support and assistance of all members your team (especially- Dominica). Great hotel , excellent food, super room 1212 on 12th floor, Red Sea and promenade also exclusive! All was superb! We are obligatory to visit Eilat again and again in Fatal !!!

"I had an exceptional experience at the lounge of the Herods Hotel. The atmosphere was elegant and relaxing, providing the perfect setting to unwind. A special thank you to Irina, the manager, and her assistant Victoria, who went above and beyond to ensure our visit was truly memorable. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome. The service was impeccable, and every request was handled with care and a smile. I highly recommend visiting the lounge if you're staying at Herods – it's an experience not to be missed!"

I havevto saybthat my last visit to leonardo dead sea was a nightmare... I gave a chance now because my friend advised me this hotel. Rates are exoensive. 2+1kid BB Hotel has good pool and beach Breakfast very medium. A lot of food without taste. Low range of sweets Room clean.good view. Bathroom old equipted. Hair drier is just noising. No dry... All and all Isrotel is better

The hotel has an underground parking. Spacious rooms with a nice size balcony, big TV, safe box, fridge, coffee machine with capsules and a desk. The hotel design is beautiful, the staff is very friendly and responsive. We were staying at the Vitalis - the hotel's health branch where no cellular calls allowed on public areas, and no kids as well. We can have meals at either sides of the hotel and the food is fresh, varied and delicious in both dining rooms. The hotel has a swimming pool and a spacious tanning area.

When you pay for a hotel stay, you pay for what you are promised. We had a small problem. The night manager, Ms. Benita Revital, heard that we were not satisfied and immediately gave us a solution. In addition, she made sure to accompany us until everything was sorted out and we were satisfied. This is how guest service should be.
