The hotel is not located on the boardwalk, see side, but they try a lot not to make this a downside. The hotel is highly maintained, with great team. I took a business trip down to Eilat and the team went all the way to ensure a positive experience, especially with early check in, before my lecture.

This hotel is a part of the Isrotel chain of hotels so that already means it can't be bad as all of their hotels are good. It's located in a quiet area of Eilat, just 3 minutes walk from the Ice Mall shopping center and 15 minutes walk from the promenade and the beach. They offer a free parking to the hotel guests although it's getting full pretty fast and most of the time you need to wait until someone will get out to take his spot. The free Wifi is stable and fast enough. They reception were very kind and nice and the check-in process was very fluently. Too bad the Gasper bar is not opening on Sundays because it has really nice cocktails. They have a video gaming room but it's opening hours should be a bit longer as they offer few old-school arcades and few XBOX/PS5/Nintendo consoles and games for free. The SPA is a bit small but nice although I do recommend other places in bigger hotels to enjoy more facilities and better treatments. We took a room on the pool with direct access from the room itself to the pool which is amazing and you can relax and rest on the sunbed outside the balcony and jump into the water whenever you wish. The bed inside the room though is not so comfortable and it's a shame as it affect the sleeping quality a bit, also the acoustic can be better as it's not sound proofing at all. The room itself has a safe, sofa, TV with cables channels from worldwide, coffee machine, a free bottle of water and a mini fridge (empty) also a bathrobe and slippers are provided. Shower is nice and water pressure is strong. Housekeeping make sure to check on you on a daily basis and clean your room and replace your towels and any other requirements you may have. Breakfast is amazing with lots of tasty variant to choose from. In general I really recommend this hotel with a room with direct access to the pool to rest and recover.

Delightful Getaway in Eilat Amazing property! So enjoyed just sitting on our balcony and looking out at the inner courtyard. Given how full the hotel was with guests, it was almost unbelievable how quiet the room was at night (and the blackout curtains were superb). The housekeeping and wait staff were courtesy and attentive. Well located, and ample parking. All around fabulous experience!

The hotel is full of contrasts. The food is awesome and fresh, but the wait for breakfast to be seated is 10-20 minutes (this is a hotel, not a restaurant, and it is breakfast). And the placements set by default are sometimes dirty, and you need to explicitly ask for a clean placement. The rooms are excellent, clean and have good noise cancellation. But for that purpose the entryway is just barely wide enough for a baby stroller, in a family room. And the main door is a blast door, inconvenient. Kids club doesn't open on time. When we had an issue with the interconnected doors between the room units it took about 40 minutes to get a response. Maid service and logistics (baby cot, baby bath) are excellent. Some staff members barely speak Hebrew and English, and that's also inconvenient.

One of the best places in Eilat, the place give you the perfect experience to relax and enjoy the place. The food is excellent and also the bar is great. I recommend the guest to eat not only breakfast but also dinner at the hotel the wide range of options is fantastic.

Nice Facility , staff not friendly I provided bad feedback about paid dinner for vegetarian to a manager in the hotel , no one got back to me Reported to customer service representative on the day after, she promised issue will be handled More than a week passed and no one got back to me. It used to be a good hotel, maybe the war caused degradation of service.
