Outstanding customer service, small humble place, cossy room and good breakfast. PROs Parking, WiFi, customer service, food delivery options, walking distance from downtow (5min), balcony in some rooms, tour operators pick up ok CONs Not really a stopper but breakfast options are límited

Very comfortable hotel, I highlight the excellent location close to everything. The staff is very friendly. I highlight Valeria's service, she helped us even remove the snow from the car's windshield. The breakfast was good, the heating was very good and the hot water was excellent. Those 3 things are essential in Calafate winter. Without a doubt, I would return.

The stay was unbeatable. Valeria and Maxi were very attentive, advising us at all times and giving us something that is not offered anywhere else, complimentary teas and water for the mate that they charge you for everywhere. A Hosteria é muito boa. Apartamentos de bom tamanho, banheiro com banheira e água quente sempre em abundância. Calefação muito boa, sempre. O café da manhã é modesto mas suficiente, como é de costume na Argentina. O Wi-Fi é algo oscilante mas funciona. Para trabalhar é melhor na sala de estar na recepção. Os colaboradores são muito atenciosos, gentis e preocupados em fazer que se tenha uma ótima estadia. Fica a dez minutos de caminhada do centro mas é seguro a qualquer hora. Vale a indicação.

Hôtel loin du centre-ville pas de transport ni navettes. Excentré. Tranquille, bon petit déjeuner, pas de repas le soir. Chambres peu insonorisée, la ville est très touristique et très chère peu de randonnées à faire, boutiques et restaurants chers.
