The service was impeccable. Staff at reception during working hours spoke english, nothing was too much for them. The restaurant food better than most. Breakfast was good. Pool good temperature, a little murky. My only real complaint was the noise from the above floor, woke me up, it was after midnight on several occasions.

Very old, very outdated, very hot, very far away from everywhere. Very bad breakfast. It’s not even good for just sleeping. It’s bad! By far the worst hotel I’ve stayed. The staff are nice and friendly but the hotel is simply terrible. Just don’t go.

Avoid at all costs. I was due to stay here as part of a tour. The bedroom smelt strongly of toilet cleaner. The bedding and furniture was very old and there was no key to the safe. During the day there are no facilities to buy food or drinks which means it’s a 20 minute walk or a taxi ride in to town. There are Tripadvisor reviews from 2010 saying it’s old and needing work. I decided to leave.

too simple well-intentioned but you would expect much more rooms were messy, hygiene could have been better, breakfast was nothing like the staff at the reception spoke English but did not understand our questions part of the hotel was being renovated but that was not known in advance

As avaliações de 2024 assustaram, mas a agência Brasileiros em El Calafate garantiu que o hotel estava reformado. Viemos!! Realmente parte do hotel está reformado e, parte em obras. A ala que os quartos estão habitados está reformada e propiciando tudo que se espera de um hotel no seu padrão: há camas confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho novas e boas, travesseiros novos, aquecimento no quarto e banheiro. Falando em banheiro chuveiro quentinho e com excelente vazão de água. Tem piscina, sauna e hidromassagem. Reabriram com nova gestão há 4 dias, fomos um dos primeiros hóspedes.

La Habitación es excelente- El restaurante no, la comida no ha sido buena y no se esmeran mucho. El Sauna no andaba, el hidro estaba vacío y no disponible; y la pileta con la pintura descascarada. Tampoco había toallas ni personal que estuviera atendiendo en el spa. Una pena porque el hotel está bien. Le falta mantenimiento

Excelente hotel, no solo por las instalaciones y servicios (habitaciones, restaurante, piscina, spa, desayuno, etc..), sino también por la atención brindada por todo el personal que trabaja allí. Nos sentimos más que cómodos. Seguramente volveremos.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila pero se puede ir al centro caminando (8/10 cuadras) .La caminata es muy agradable. A la vuelta un taxi cuesta unos $4000. Las habitaciones son bastante amplias y agradables. El desayuno es bueno y abundante. Lo único e importante a tener en cuenta es que es un hotel que tiene muchas escaleras. No es recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida o familias que usen cochecito de bebé. La atención del personal es muy buena. En el restaurante Fernanda y Giovanna siempre nos atendieron excelente. El servicio de viandas para excursiones es muy bueno. Tienen una granola riquísima! Pasamos una estadía agradable. Fuí con mí marido y mí hijo de 16 años.
