I was at this hotel with a price agreed before the trip, the value in pesos was one, but when I arrived the owner did not accept the value that was in the reservation that I had made just 20 days ago and wanted to charge 40% more, after talking so much , he only accepted if we paid in cash, this is because there are 2 values ​​in the reservation, one is in pesos which is much cheaper and the other in dollars... when you enter he wants to charge you in dollars, which means a much higher value, and Argentina doesn't have any money anymore, and we spent 2 hours in line at the Western Union to withdraw money and the guy who was going to bring the bag informed everyone in line that the Bank of Argentina has no currency to send to the agency in El Calafate, so my stay, which was supposed to be 1200.00 reais, ended up being 2000.00 reais on the card. The owner is a fraudster, and charges everyone the same way, because while we were at the reception, another couple arrived with the same problem and then another group of 6 people with the same thing, but the group got along well because they had cash. He didn't even let us put our bags in the room while we went to change, that is, all our valuables were left in the hotel corridor without any security. I don't advise anyone to come to this hotel, bad experience and scam. They even charge 400 pesos for hot water for chimarrão, tea or if a baby needs it, which is absurd. The towels are not changed for 3 days and are the size of a hand towel and are made of pure polyester, it feels like you are drying yourself with a plastic bag. The pillows are horrible. Only 2 good things: The view is beautiful and the man who works there is very helpful and nice. Now the owner who works at the reception... doesn't even do the minimum to serve a customer...

Hotel located in the upper part of Calafate, you can walk to the main street, it has a nice view, but in general the hotel looks neglected, there are some neglected plants upon entering, the furniture is very deteriorated, no maintenance, there is no TV in the room, basic breakfast, the man who opens the door at night, sleeps on the old furniture is his bed, they could do maintenance and improve

O hotel é simples, localizado na parte alta, tem facilidade de taxi, pra chegar e sair. Cafe da manhã muito resumido, praticamente tudo doce, apenas um ovo mexido salgado, nada de queijo, presunto, etc. O quarto é bem aquecido, até o piso. A vista dos apartamentos é muito bonita. Não tem frigobar nem tv nos quartos. Cuidado ao tomar banho, a banheira escorrega.
