We chose this hotel because of its location, price, and ratings from reviews. Yes, the location is walking from the beach for tours pickup and drop off. Also, 500m to night food restaurants.
The room and linen are clean, and air conditioning works very well. Room only gets service when requested, which is fine for us. Staffs are helpfull with tour booking.
Only grips are coffees only provides in morning and no lift. We got a room on 3rd floor, means lugging it up the small narrow stairs.
Btw, if you book tour B, the tour operator ask for extra 200psp per person for having lunch in one of the hut, that's not mention when booking.

+ clean and comfortable beds and pillows
+ a cooler with free water, coffee
+ you can order breakfast directly at the hotel for 180 pesos
+ there are dryers in the hallway where you can hang wet clothes
+ responsive and pleasant staff, they ordered a transfer to Puerto Princesa for us
+ good hot water pressure
+ no adapter for sockets needed
- there is not enough lighting in the room
- although the windows were always closed, street noise came from them, as if they were open. Accordingly, dogs, roosters, geckos, music were clearly audible at night

Traveled with my family in January 2024. We stayed at this hotel, good location, 5 minutes from the center of El Nido and the embankment where all the activities take place. The hotel staff is responsive and attentive; all requests and comments are responded to promptly. The room is clean, all amenities are there. In general, I recommend the hotel for families with children and not only. Breakfast was included in the stay, there are no complaints about it either, everything was on time and delicious.
