It really was amazing!! Everything!! Location , the very very friendly and kind people. If you had a question or a request , there was always someone who could help you straight away.

beautiful resort, which felt like a dream island.
It's highly recommended for couples, with professional and friendly staff and great tours.
However, it's best for shorter stays due to limited nighttime activities and the isolated island location.
Be cautious of jellyfish season in the hot summer months.
I would definitely go there again if the prices are reasonable.

The first words of the staff is “welcome to paradise” and we can only say it was truly experiencing paradise. From the first second at lounge arrival to the last second of departure there was an amazing, friendly and personalized customer care! The hotel environment , the room, the food, the complementary boat trips all was excellent and gave us an incredible experience to never forget and … to return back to☺️

We want to express our deepest gratitude for the excellent attention and service we received during our stay at the El Nido Pangulasian resort in the Philippines. The resort has magnificent facilities, gym, spa, independent and spacious rooms, very well-equipped, which are set within lush vegetation. We would like to especially highlight Mr. Mohamed Younes for his dedication and professionalism as Group Director of Food and Beverages, which is evident in every detail, from the quality of the food to the impeccable attention of the staff. Thanks to him, our experience at the resort was extraordinary and memorable. Without a doubt, we will recommend it to friends and family, and we hope to have the opportunity to return in the future. Thank you for making our vacation a wonderful experience!

Where do I even start?….from the minute we landed at Lio Airport, the service and hospitality from El Nido Resorts Pangulasian Island were unbeatable. We stayed in a beach villa which was well appointed and had a gorgeous view of Palawan’s turquoise water. We felt as though we had our own private beach. The entire resort is beautiful and I admire their commitment to environmental sustainability. The food was amazing. As a Filipina myself, I can honestly say I had some of the best Filipino food of my life there (crispy pata, Kare Kare and halo halo). Had an unforgettable morning excursion kayaking in The Big Lagoon with the most helpful and gracious guides . We were fortunate to have been there for a special intimate dinner with Napa Valley’s Tim Mondavi, pairing his Continuum wines with the chef’s gourmet interpretations of traditional Filipino dishes (WOW!). But honestly, it’s the people of Pangulasian Island Resort who made our stay. The GM Tom and Younes made us feel very welcome. Other notable staff were Mike and Joy from the restaurant, Kuya Randy and his songs, Louie from the pool bar, and our excursion guides on 11/19/25. Salamat po! Great location for Couples/family to relax. Quiet and serene. Rooms are spacious and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed in one of the Kalaw Villas which is at the far end of the resort. We noticed that because of the tide directions, the trash - plastics and empty water botters are swept on our side of the villa but I did not saw anyone cleaning that area. The pool at the Kalaw Villa is a little bit slippery too and full of falled leaves. We had some hiccups during check-in as we arrived quite early around past 8AM. We waited for nearly 3PM to check-in. We are fine with waiting as they alloweed us to join an activity to visit the cave and snake island. But when we came back, we were advised that the room will be ready in minutes, but we still waited for hours. My husband had gluten intoletance and for most meals we needed to mention that so they could customize his food. The chef was very accomodating to our requests and customizations. There were limited food options perhaps due to ingredients not being available because of the recent typhoon, but we managed to enjoy what they can offer. Overall, the service is amazing as the staffs are very attentive to detail and very friendly.
