The staff here is all very friendly, and the owner and manager (B) is absolutely wonderful. She is incredibly kind and available to help with anything that you need. Her breakfast is absolutely amazing, and she clearly cares about the place and her guests. The accommodation is very basic, but it is also very affordable and a quick walk in to the downtown El Nido area, which is great if you are planning on diving or wanting to be close to there to be out at night. There is tons of stuff around and it is easy to rent a bike as well.

It was a great stay, the room was big and comfort and had everything, the owner bin and the staff did Above and beyond to make sure our stay will be good and present, and It was... They also make really nice breakfast if you ask..

This hotel was a complete disaster from start to finish, offering the worst service we've ever had. Upon arrival around midnight, there was no one at reception. The phone number provided was also not working. After 40 minutes of struggling, another guest luckily provided a number that connected us with staff. After check-in, we immediately pointed out that our room was not as pictured in the booking and it was half the size (8 instead of 15 square meters). We were told it was just for the first night, but the next day, the manager insisted it was correct despite our showing her pictures and descriptions from our booking. Even when higher management admitted the pictures and descriptions on the platform were wrong, they offered no apology, change of room, or refund. The room itself was awful: tiny, old, stinky, and the bed was damp, smelling of old wet wood. The “garden view” was just a view of a busy inner yard. The shared shower was old and water smelled like rusty iron. To top it off, the staff were incredibly rude. Their mistake cost us time, money, and enjoyment. We checked out four days earlier and requested a refund, but the host refused, “according to their policy”. In summary, save yourself the trouble and don't book this place in El Nido.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was comfortable and exceeded my expectations. The woman in charge was incredibly friendly and awesome, going out of her way to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

It looks like a B&B run by a family of four. The boss is nice and the people are very welcoming, but other than that, it's all shortcomings. First of all, the location of the B&B is very hidden. It took me a long time to find it on the street. There is no reception hall, only their living room, and the people may not be there. Secondly, the sanitary facilities in the room are really poor. The room on the first floor has poor lighting, dampness and mosquitoes everywhere. There is a musty smell in the room. The quilt is only a thin sheet, and the temperature is very difficult to adjust. I can't sleep well at night. In addition, the toilet is very dirty. No supplies such as shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. The water pressure is very low and the water heater is broken. I took cold showers for several days. In short, it's best not to come here.

Thank you very much for the welcome and accommodation! Everything was great, despite the fact that for the first time we lived with a shared bathroom. Clean, pleasant, a rare mansion. It is wonderful that the furniture, mirrors, drawings, details of past centuries have been preserved. Natural wood is everywhere, we were impressed! We arrived before the check-in time and we were accommodated without any problems. They also provided a free breakfast, as a compliment. There is a gazebo outside where you can sit, good internet, there is even a piano in the living room. Despite the small rooms and shared bathroom, we are happy!
