Cova Mykonos Suites
"When you arrive at the reception, you can smell cigarette smoke – a really bad first impression. We had a room for three adults – a double bed and a sofa bed. The mattress on the sofa bed was so thin that you could feel every spring. The springs made squeaky noises with even the slightest movement, making it impossible for anyone in the room to get a decent night’s sleep. The bed linen was clean but not fresh or white – more discolored Grey. The edges around the pool were not clean, nor was the glass fence – it did not look inviting. The hotel is outdated compared to the pictures online. Poor Wi-Fi. The owner agreed to refund one night and asked for our bank details, but we received under 2/3 of the amount we actualle payed for one night. I cannot recommend staying at this place at all."

Elia Mykonos Resort
"Elia Mykonos Resort exceeded all expectations. The location is stunning—just steps away from the beautiful Elia Beach—but what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel genuinely welcome. Every single team member was extremely friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect."
Myconian Panoptis Escape, a Member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World
"We stayed 3 nights at this resort. Everything started lovely. Check in was prompt, the room was beautiful(though we were not offered an upgrade as we are Hilton diamond members. SLH doesn’t seem to get this concept just yet), and a complimentary bottle of wine was delivered to the room. The reception staff was wonderful, but the restaurant staff were odd…it was almost as if everything was an inconvenience from breakfast, to the bar, to dinner. Service was also incredibly slow. Half of the time we were almost finished with breakfast before orange juice and water was offered. We missed breakfast one morning, and were told lunch started in 30 minutes. The menu was already small and I went to try and order a poke bowl and was told that wasn’t served til 2pm, though not stated on the menu nor mentioned by the staff. Additionally, everything seems to be more about aesthetic rather than functionality. For example, the pool loungers are wooden and not comfortable. No cushion is offered. Breakfast cappuccinos are not served in a mug, but rather a ceramic cup with no spot for a finger. It’s extremely hot and you have to wait 10 minutes minimum to drink it. The bar stools at the bar are wooden stumps, if you will. They are different heights and some even lean a little when you sit. There are huge objects on the bar top such as bowls with things in them or books, making it near impossible to enjoy a drink there. On a more personal note, I proposed to my boyfriend this trip. The staff knew as I requested champagne and strawberries. It was never noted by any of the staff members nor even a congratulations was mentioned. Not necessary, but again, just very stoic and stand offish. Another odd mention, was the concierge asked for a tip at check out. Never has a concierge asked for a tip at any of the Waldorf Astorias I have stayed at. We stayed at another SLH location on the island for a couple days, and it was much better. These are the reasons for the poor rating. I"
Arte & Mare Elia Luxury Suites and Villas
"A memorable stay!!! The whole property is extremely well-kept. You can tell the owners care about the hotel. Everything from the pool area to the garden and rooms was spotless. Towels were replaced daily and we always had fresh toiletries."
