A really nice and authentic place located in the peaceful surroundings of olive trees, with an amazing view of the sea. Marina and Stefano are very kind hosts who provided valuable advice on secret locations and incredible support when our car broke down. Stefano picked us up and found a place to immediately repair the car, even on a Sunday. Eleonas is the perfect place to stay when visiting the northern Euboea region. The breakfast is good and genuine, and overall, everything is very nice and clean.

great comfortable small hotel with the best vies in north Evia , its not fancy , don't expect TV in the room but the hosts are warm and welcoming couple Marina and Stefanos try to give the gusts the best attitude and breakfast , yet quiet and peace

This hotel is just wonderful. Comfortable, relaxed and very welcoming. Marina and Stefanos are wonderful hosts who have put so much love and thought into the operation and it shows. Breakfast were superb and always different and the surroundings are peaceful and views are spectacular. You will need a car and the access road is tricky but well worth while

My girlfriend and I were looking for a convenient weekend getaway from Athens and stumbled upon this hotel on "smallhotelsingreece.com." The drive took about 3 hours from the center of Athens, and we arrived at night on Friday. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Marina and Stefanos, who were equal parts gracious and welcoming. They greeted us with big smiles, and a glass of cold lemonade. They told us about Evia, and its suffering over the last year, and about how difficult it has been psychologically and business-wise. Marina spoke stoically about planting trees at a time when no one is thinking of progress; of stubbornly taking care of the land at a time when many have fled. The property itself is quaint, set high on a hill overlooking the sea and olive trees. The town itself is small, with a handful of restaurants and nearby villages that are nice. Every morning, we were served a lovely breakfast of homemade fares (the usual suspects) alongside fresh coffee and a juice. The hosts were generous with advice (nearby waterfalls, restaurants, hikes) and warm in their hospitality. Eleonas is the classic inn of Greek folklore, the mountain home, the mythic escape — to the looking glass between nature and sea, as if the two were never distinct.

Excellente adresse au milieu d’une oliveraie, vue magnifique à 10 min de la plage, chambre et petit-déjeuner impeccables, grand calme et service prévenant. Supplément pour l’option résolument durable et écologique avec des savons naturels faits maison et des produits locaux à table. Gérants cultivés et connaisseurs de leur région et de leur pays. Conseils utiles et originaux pour la suite de notre voyage. Bravo.
