Beautiful hotel, spotlessly clean, staff were lovely. Perfect location Side sea view room 3rd floor, amazing view, tiny balcony. Sky Bar directly above us and stair well , so noisy at night, stairs we'll acted like an echo chamber, screeching and shouting from one very drunk woman one night(may not have been a resident as bar open for all) . Floors all beautifully tiled but all we heard later at night in room was the scraping of chair legs on the floor from the bar area. The Sky Bar is beaut, views spectacular, shame a relaxing quality drink was spoiled by a couple of English football matches being shown.... I would def stay again bit not on 3rd floor and in a garden view room. Breakfast good, dinner lots of choice.

We stayed here for a week and had a lovely time! The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The location was perfect, right by the seafront. I loved having breakfast by the sea in the beach sitting area every morning! The breakfast was always excellent, hot and full of variety! We went to the sky bar every night and loved it! The area is very modern and stylish with stunning views. Spiros the barman was fantastic! He made us feel so welcome and at home, one of the highlights of our holiday! I can’t recommend the sky bar and this hotel enough! :)

This hotel is in a fantastic position on the seafront, close enough to all amenities but far enough away to be peaceful. Staff are super friendly and we were made to feel very welcome. Room and balcony small but very clean and modern and perfect for us. Sky bar was excellent with great views of the sea and surrounding hills. Only slight downside was the breakfast which we found a little limited. We ended up eating out in the morning after the first couple of days.

Great hotel right on the seafront. We had booked a garden view room but upgraded to a side sea view when we arrived. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of hot & cold dishes. The coffee is good too. The staff are just amazing & nothing is too much trouble. I can honestly say I have never experienced such a happy group of staff, from cleaning staff, The Sky Bar is terrific for a light lunch. There are numerous restaurants & tavernas close to the hotel. The hotel restaurant itself is very good & we loved the local Greek wine. We’re hoping to return next year

Best hotel in Elounda. Just spent another 11 nights at the Akti it’s simply stunning. The views are incredible and the staff are even better. The location of the hotel is perfect for a lovely wander into the harbour or a walk into the village on the lane. Breakfast and meals on the jetty is so special and you won’t take enough photos. Thanks again to all the staff and we will be back again xxx John and Lynette.

Great location next to good restaurants just out of the harbour area. Been going to elounda now for 10 yrs & first time at akti olous. Booked again for July 2025 with family. Looking forward to seeing our elounda friends again. Hotel breakfast is lovely by the water & rooms have everything you need included. Great staff & plenty to see locally.

We stayed here from 24th September until 9th October and we had the most amazing time. The hotel is lovely, very clean, modern and right on the water, and a short walk to the village centre. We loved having breakfast on the water every morning and the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Big shout out to Poppy in the Sky bar who made the most amazing cocktails! The only criticism I would have about the hotel is the pool area. It's quite small and there's not enough sunbeds for guests. It turned out not to be too much of an issue as we ended up spending most of our time at the beach, just a very short walk from the hotel. I know the hotel are taking steps to address the issues with the pool area so I'm excited to see what they do with it. We had the best holiday here, its a great hotel and Elounda is just beautiful. We honestly can't wait to return!
