Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Emeishan

Booked for the hot springs which were great, very spacious and relaxing environment. Small indoor swimming pool but also a nice temperature for a relaxing swim. Good choice for buffet breakfast. Unfortunately the hotel does not cater for solo travellers eating dinner because food can only be ordered in large portions via an app catering for two or more people. Also a shame there is a robot and no human interaction if you want a coffee. The people working there are very friendly and helpful, robots are not! Easy access on foot to Exiu Lake and a short distance further to the mountain entrance.

Because I arrived at the hotel very late, the night shift receptionist was considerate enough to upgrade my room and arrange a room near the community for me, and also delayed my check-out. I was worried about the decoration smell at first as the hotel had just opened, but I didn't expect that there was no decoration smell when I entered the room. I had a very good stay experience staying in this hotel. I will choose Hampton by Hilton next time I go on business or travel.

1 Room is a bit small but it’s clean and new; 2 Laundry room is really good with LG machines; 3 A lot of nearby construction work is on going and noisy.
