Very charming hotel in Porto Cervo. Very authentic Italian style. Staff in reception a bit arrogant, but helpful when you get contact. Rooms as expected from the pictures. Beach area in a very nice bay, and a very charming beach restaurant with great views of the bay. Breakfast buffet ok, but nothing more. No minibar in the room. Would consider going back because of the nice location.

The Grand Hotel is an absolute gem of a hotel. Starting with the quality of the service, the staff is generally positive and helpful, led by the delightful Romina, who ensures that guests feel at home. The location is superb, just a short stroll away from a breathtaking beach. I also enjoyed the large swimming pool, perfect for doing my laps in the morning. Our room was large and quiet, overlooking a private garden. Maddalena and her team kept it immaculate, always with a smile on their faces. Overall, I would say the Grand Hotel fully deserves its name, with the understated chic of timeless Italian venues.

Aside from the outstanding views and beautiful location, there is little to celebrate about this hotel. The staff were mostly rude and entitled (apart from one guy on reception who was excellent), the food was nothing special, the rooms felt rather tired, and the breakfast area was in desparate need of a second coffee machine.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, attentive and kind staff, the reception room was a love and super attentive especially the romina. New and clean rooms, the wonderful pool bar, beautiful and fast service. The breakfast was delicious with several options. I would like to thank you for the incredible service and welcome, we feel at home

A lovely hotel with beautiful pool and access to a fabulous beach. Comfortable beds and lovely large bathroom. Rooms cleaned every day to a very high standard.Staff were very friendly in particular Romina, Luca and all the reception staff. Stayed here twice and hoping to return next year .

Good hotel and facilities; however, the receptionists were not helpful. During our stay, simply asking for a late check-out turned into a long wait and the receptionists acted very arrogantly. Later, I realized I had left an item behind and sent several emails inquiring whether it had been found, but to this day, I have received no response. I also called multiple times, and no one was even slightly helpful and just told me to email. For a 4-star hotel, I believe a basic expectation is that all staff members can speak English and are motivated to assist guests. Unfortunately, that did not seem to be the case.
