This hotel is beautiful. Despite some negative reviews, I booked and was thrilled. Great service and just a beautiful hotel. Everything was great. Room was large and comfortable. Lobby was amazing. The hotel is very new and all the decoration styles meet the standards of a 5-star hotel. The room is very spacious and well decorated. More importantly, the hotel operation service staff has a strong sense of service. From the parking guidance at the beginning to helping with luggage and sending guests upstairs when checking in, everything is done very thoughtfully and appropriately. You will still be accompanied by service staff when you leave the hotel. This kind of service has only been experienced in Mandarin Oriental and Amman before, and it is probably impossible for regular 5-star hotels to provide it. This hotel is getting worse and worse. Slippers are reused, welcome fruits are no longer provided. There is still a smell in the corridor. It is not worth the price listed online. It happened that SF Express delivered the express to the front desk on time, but the front desk never admitted that they had received the express delivery from SF Express.
