Helpful and friendly staff. A few minutes walk to the Epsom station. Close to restaurants and a shopping mall. Adequate size of room. Sufficient spaces to open suitcases. However, windows faces wall and air conditioner.

~5 min walk away from train station and right at town central, which makes it the perfect location to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. It have build in AC which is great for summertime. Just with additional £10 to enjoy a delicious continental breakfast.

Clean and simple but not amenities. It’s better to prepare slippers to stay here.

One of the hotels we stayed in this time, not bad👍 The average summer temperature in the UK is moderate, so the flowering season of British lavender is longer than that of French lavender. The harvest of lavender in Mayfield Manor has also entered tens of millions of families with tourists from all over the world, making modern people tense The nerves get a moment of relaxation; the hotel I stayed in this time is also good 👍

The hotel is located in the downtown area, one minute walk from the train station, next to the police station and the city hall, so it feels safe. Shopping and eating are very convenient. The hotel room is spacious and simple! Overall it's good! Just not a lot of TV options for entertainment!

Stayed at the hotel for one night, the hotel is located near the local Epsom train station, 3 minutes walk, very convenient. There are food, drink and supermarkets near the train station! The room is a little small, the breakfast is good, and the front desk staff is also very friendly, but the toilet is not ventilated and has a strange smell! In addition, the hotel's sound insulation is not good, and people upstairs are very noisy! Overall cost performance: high!

I had a fantastic experience—very helpful and incredibly accommodating from start to finish. They went out of their way to ensure that all my needs were met, always responding promptly and with genuine care. Their professionalism, patience, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and customer-focused service, and I truly appreciated the effort they put in to make everything perfect.

I have stayed at the Epson Town Centre Premier Inn for the last 5 years staying anywhere from 2 weeks to a month. Our nickname for the Inn was Faulty Towers, It was a constant comedy scene that you had to laugh at or else get upset with the antics! But.. What Happened? All of that has dramatically changed, there is a new Manager in charge and he has new people on all the shifts, What a total turn around, The most professional, friendly and caring crew I have ever seen. Bravo, well done, Even the chef who is been there for a while has a great attitude now and even greets the guests. Great improvement and Very Well Done!!!

The hotel is within walking distance from the railway station, mostly flat ground. Epsom Town centre on market days of Thursday and Saturday is a great place to shop. The hotel is very quiet at night, being set back from the main street, but close enough to walk to a great selection of pubs, restaurants and cafe. Breakfast is good, the staff are polite and will try to ensure you have a pleasant stay with them. I visit every year for the 6 nations rugby, using 2 buses to get to Twickenham with my bus pass.

I recently stayed at the Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre for five days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The staff were absolutely brilliant – friendly, kind, and always greeted guests with a cheerful smile. The location is perfect, right in the centre of town with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. A special shoutout to Martin and Lewis – both of them went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out. Well done, you two – you're a real credit to the team! The only downside during my stay was the breakfast service. Although the staff remained excellent, the food offering was often quite limited. On multiple mornings, I noticed that the trays were nearly empty, and it seemed like food was being rationed or not replenished enough. This gave the impression of cost-cutting and was disappointing, especially considering the otherwise high standard of service. Despite that, my overall experience was still positive and I would definitely recommend this hotel for short or extended stays.
