Helpful and friendly staff. A few minutes walk to the Epsom station. Close to restaurants and a shopping mall. Adequate size of room. Sufficient spaces to open suitcases. However, windows faces wall and air conditioner.

~5 min walk away from train station and right at town central, which makes it the perfect location to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. It have build in AC which is great for summertime. Just with additional £10 to enjoy a delicious continental breakfast.

The hotel provides a tidy environment with a team of friendly and helpful staff. We did enjoy the breakfast and enjoyed much.

Clean and simple but not amenities.
It’s better to prepare slippers to stay here.

5 minutes walk from Epsom Station.
Located in the center of town, it's perfect for a stay.
There's a supermarket in front of the station that's open until late, so it's very convenient.
The room was just right for two people.
It would have been better if there was another sofa.
There was another chair so you could eat in the room.
There was a hair dryer, but no refrigerator.
The environment is good, so I'd like to stay here again.
I definitely recommend it.

One of the hotels we stayed in this time, not bad👍
The average summer temperature in the UK is moderate, so the flowering season of British lavender is longer than that of French lavender. The harvest of lavender in Mayfield Manor has also entered tens of millions of families with tourists from all over the world, making modern people tense The nerves get a moment of relaxation; the hotel I stayed in this time is also good 👍

We didn't get the accessible room that we booked. Room was very hot and air-con set at 19.5c which was bad at night so didn't sleep well. Toilet didn't work on first night and no cold water in bath or shower. Some issues were sorted but not a good stay. Not good VFM or good nights sleep.

Fabulous hotel right in the centre of Epsom. Clean restaurant area, lots of choice at breakfast. Evening provision ends early so if you're planning on eating on site don't come back too late. Very helpful staff and train into central London was only £4 each way

Bathroom bin not been emptied on arrival. Nobody available to speak to when went down to Reception. Air conditioning unit ridiculously loud throughout the night making sleep difficult. Great location so pity about the issues as otherwise would have been happy to return

I have stayed here many times before as I regularly visit family in Epsom. Although the Haywain next door is being refurbed there is ample free parking and it’s only a ten minute walk to Wetherspoons and the town centre. My real beef is with the appalling wifi. They charge £5 a day for ‘Ultimate’ WiFi and the reception is pathetic. I have an iPhone 17 and an Apple Mac but even getting the basic Amazon or Argos app is a chore. I wanted to watch football on my Sky Go app, but Premier Inn Ultimate WiFi would not pick it up, not any of it. WiFi coverage not just here but in most Premier Inns I have stayed in is awful, and in 2026 it’s about time Premier Inn got its act together. Apart from that it was fine.

Great hotel for couples, very close to the centre of Epsom and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the train station. The room was comfortable, clean and well presented, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The only downside is the parking, which can be a bit inconvenient, but everything else more than makes up for it. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely repeat. Highly recommended for a short getaway!

This hotel is in the town centre, it's in a side street. The location was quiet, the railway station is a few mins walk. And town centre just round the corner. The hotel itself was ok. The room is fine. The only issue I had was the shower in the bath. There was no hand rail to make getting in and out safely. Ideally it would be a walk in shower. The hotel bar is expensive. Over £6 a pint, and not very lively. But apart from that, it's not too bad
