Premier Inn Epsom Town Centre Reviews

Helpful and friendly staff. A few minutes walk to the Epsom station. Close to restaurants and a shopping mall. Adequate size of room. Sufficient spaces to open suitcases. However, windows faces wall and air conditioner.

~5 min walk away from train station and right at town central, which makes it the perfect location to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. It have build in AC which is great for summertime. Just with additional £10 to enjoy a delicious continental breakfast.

The hotel provides a tidy environment with a team of friendly and helpful staff. We did enjoy the breakfast and enjoyed much.

Clean and simple but not amenities. It’s better to prepare slippers to stay here.

Nice local hotel

One of the hotels we stayed in this time, not bad👍 The average summer temperature in the UK is moderate, so the flowering season of British lavender is longer than that of French lavender. The harvest of lavender in Mayfield Manor has also entered tens of millions of families with tourists from all over the world, making modern people tense The nerves get a moment of relaxation; the hotel I stayed in this time is also good 👍

The hotel is located in the downtown area, one minute walk from the train station, next to the police station and the city hall, so it feels safe. Shopping and eating are very convenient. The hotel room is spacious and simple! Overall it's good! Just not a lot of TV options for entertainment!

Stayed at the hotel for one night, the hotel is located near the local Epsom train station, 3 minutes walk, very convenient. There are food, drink and supermarkets near the train station! The room is a little small, the breakfast is good, and the front desk staff is also very friendly, but the toilet is not ventilated and has a strange smell! In addition, the hotel's sound insulation is not good, and people upstairs are very noisy! Overall cost performance: high!

Poor service. Parking on site is actually no parking but seems it would appear lots of parking allowed. Non disabled parking on disabled bay. Staff were rude to us despite having disabled badge and very poor mobility. Have booked here annually for last 6 years. No more. Chef however lovely and friendly.

A hotel room was fine until one hour into our stay. We had a slight knock on the door, We thought it was someone knocking for next door, Then, without warning a member of staff barged into our room. At the time ,being a couple away for the weekend, we were “preoccupied “and this could’ve been very embarrassing! I raised a complaint to the staff with no joy. I have emailed head office and had no reply. I do not expect to be in a hotel room with my partner and have members of staff enter the room without warning. It also raised a concern with me as to why the staff were entering the room when they knew the room was occupied , I was not given any reason as to why the staff entered the room or the motivations behind it! I would think twice before booking this premier inn ! I would like to hear from a representative of premier inn. I did not have a good night sleep and a good night sleep is guaranteed!

Unfortunately worst Premier Inn we have ever been to. Evening meal and breakfast was cold and could not be eaten. Not enough staff at all. No cutlery on tables coffee machine not working. Jorja was absolutely rushed off her feet! She was very helpful but had to much to do alone.

My granddaughter has had a very pleasant stay at this Travelodge. The manager Mimi understood my requirements,was very helpful. & listened to me if a had any concerns.The staff were also very friendly & helpful.I cannot fault anything & will return. Shannon Jade Wells
