"I stayed for two nights, in a different room each night. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. The hotel itself is excellent. The staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, especially Narmin. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, including a kitchen, which was a great bonus. The bed, mattress, and pillows were very comfortable. One room had a full-length mirror, while the other did not. I would recommend adding a long mirror to all rooms, as well as providing an extra towel for guests :) The only area that could be improved is the restaurant. The smoking area is nice, but the food was disappointing. My burger was dry and burnt. I expected a higher standard given the overall quality of the hotel. The hotel itself is excellent, so better food would make the experience even better. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would happily return in the future."

"This hotel does not meet 5-star standards. The room was not properly cleaned, basic amenities like a toothbrush were missing, and the quality of complimentary water dropped significantly after the first night. Noise from a neighboring suite made rest difficult. I was overcharged, and the most unacceptable part was excessive and intrusive security body searches, which felt more like harassment than professional security. Overall, very disappointing and not worth the price."

"The room was very quiet, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect and very convenient. The services were excellent, and all the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. One of the most important things for me was the cleanliness, which was outstanding. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and free parking, making the stay even more convenient. I highly recommend it."

"The whole trip was great! Firstly, I stayed for 5 nights to attend an exhibition close by the hotel. Secondly, they were professional to have a staff member pick me up at the airport at almost 2am in the morning. Thirdly, they let be borrow a lighter and charger for my entire duration. Staff also helped me to get taxis every morning to the exhibition and pleasantly gave me directions and insights into everywhere else I wanted to go, like the Citadel, Mosque and bazaar. Anytime I needed complimentary water bottles, I could just order from the room or make a quick trip down to the lobby to pick up more. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The beds were comfortable. I have nothing negative to say. Next time I am in Erbil, I will stay here again. Thank you Dynasty Hotel Staff!"

"I booked this hotel twice. But their reservation staff is very very rude. A five-star hotel has no right to say that a guest is not allowed to visit you. This is really disrespectful to hotel guests. I have traveled to over 12 countries and this was the first hotel that disrespected me like this. I told them why they are not allowed to answer correctly. And this hotel is far from the city center. As a person who goes to 5-star hotels, I do not recommend this hotel at all. They are very rude and uncultured"
