Every year we will be there for business trip. A nice place to stay in the small town. Very convenient and comfortable stay. Erlangen is great.

the kid ended up biting sharp material from the food that almost looks like a broken glass. it was investigated by hotel that it is hard solid salt but it was almost like broken glass part.. tried to report the issue but nearly everyone in hotel was outsources temporary staffs only..

Hygiene: Towels were not actively changed during the entire check-in process. You need to take the initiative to inform the front desk.
