One of these human meter guys took us there saying it's a good hotel. He was right. The minute we entered and met Sanah in the reception we were overtaken by her radiant beautiful personality and decided to stay for 2 nights. We loved the ambience, the sparking clean room, the Hamam and the great music coming from every where. We stayed in a family room overlooking the ocean and enjoyed a great breakfast. We were grateful for the excellent service we received from all the hotel staff and for the overall experience.

I have stayed here a few times now and I love it Friendly and helpful staff, the best location, comfortable rooms, an amazing roof terrace and a great breakfast Only one night this time but I'm sure I'll return again soon

Staff are super friendly & helpful to say the least. Our first night in Essaouira was awful, didn’t sleep at all. Thanks to our helpful tour guide, he took us to this Riad & we enquire if an available room was ready for a night. Quiet & peaceful was able to sleep. Close to great restaurants.

Internally it is a beautiful and stately Riad, with a fountain and stone columns rising to 4 storeys, but it is the view from the 2 top terraces that makes everyone gasp (& reach for their phones/cameras); the Atlantic rolling in and the 360 degree sight of Essaouira medina and the surrounding landscape. What else can you want? Comfortable beds? ✅ Clean bathrooms with plenty of hot water? ✅ A generous buffet breakfast? ✅ Free WiFi? ✅ But what makes the stay 5 star are the friendly charming staff who couldn’t be more helpful. It’s hard to single out individuals but we especially thank Sana Gania & Yassine Bebylghache . We were touched that staff remembered us from 3 years ago; but then Palais des Remparts is that kind of place.

Très bel endroit. Décoration au top la literie incroyable. Très propre. Les salles de bain sont belles mais un peu vétustes. Le spa en travaux dommage nous n avons pas pu en profiter Le personnel très pro et serviable. Le restaurant est un peu moins au top mais bon quand même. Une adresse à retenir

Nous allons dans ce palais-hôtel depuis plus de 15 ans. Son emplacement est magnifique et la vue depuis la terrasse tout simplement époustouflante. Les chambres sont confortables et au standard + du pays. Les prestations ont baissées au fil des ans (par exemple, buffet du petit-déjeuner plus restreint bien qu’à volonté) et la présence d’un hôtel mitoyen avec animation musicale de 11 heures à 23 heures est parfois gênante. Cet établissement est pour nous emblématique mais ses atouts faiblissent; la direction doit réagir. Au final, le rapport qualité prix est assez défavorable mais le lieu vaut réellement le détour.

L’accueil est correct, les coursives sont agréables, la terrasse avec une superbe vue mais cela s’arrête la Les chambres humides, problème électrique les lampes pas branchées,( arc électrique lors du branchement pas de descente de lit Grosse fuite à la douchette, pas sèche cheveux. La déco pourrait être sympathique si c’était fait dans les règles de l’art. Je ne comprends pas les notes attribuées pour cet hôtel soit disant de luxe. A fuir, dommage car il y à du potentiel.

Hotel pas top , rien ne fonctionne, 4 ème étage sans ascenseur, pas de TV mauvaise wifi , la terrasse du petit dej au dessus de la chambre, à 7h ils placent et traînent les tables sur ta tête. Le personnel ne connaît pas sa ville ni aucune adresse. Même celle à 1mn de chez eux .Ne savent même pas que l on peut visiter les remparts . Bref déçus de A a Z
