"Hotel with many contradictions. Well-kept entrance and reception area with the possibility of entertaining with games. As soon as you go up to the floors and enter the rooms, it doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Throughout the evening (and it was also there in the morning) I found a tray with a dirty plate and leftover food in the corridor, without anyone going to get it. Room with many defects. Under the shower surface, there was an exposed hole where wires could be seen. Chipped door handles. Broken shower facilities: missing and rusty buttons. But comfortable bed. Very good breakfast however. Excessive price per night."

"We came for a birthday brunch. Bad service, poor choice of food, no salmon or scrambled eggs left at 1.30 and told there would not be more. The cheese was unappetizing and obviously straight from the fridge. Cooked food was worse than on a motorway cafe and not well served The ‘glass’ of wine was a quarter of a glass, served after the food (no one to ask). For 47 euros each we were expecting top quality food and not many arrays of pasta and lentil salads with empty serving plates. A huge disappointment"

"The studio was perfect. The welcome and service were appalling. Breakfast urgently needs improvement! At 9:00 AM, there were no more clean cups or teaspoons (breakfast is served until 10:00 AM!). The response when I asked for a clean cup was: "No, it's too much work for me to wash them!" Outrageous! Aside from a few questionable slices of ham and one type of cheese... I've said it all: there were no more yogurts, croissants, or even a few rolls. The breakfast manager was clearly too busy with his cell phone. At reception, we couldn't find our reservation... the person was asleep and couldn't care less about their job. In short, I will never return to this hotel!"
