Beautiful room and lovely hotel, the staff are not very helpful and can be very short, but the gym is lovely and there’s free water station in the lobby. You have to pay 50 euro per night fee just incase you buy anything but the restaurant was closed through out stay there’s many places to eat around there’s a train station across the road but it’s still 25/30 mins into Paris centre downland the train app and it’s easy to use

Warning! Your room will NEVER be cleaned!! your sheets and towels will NOT be replaced! you have to pay: 18 or 23 euros for room cleaning and 6 or 8 euros for new sheets + towels. These paid services are displayed at check-in but not here on trip.com, not when you book a room, nowhere...
Never in my life have I stayed in a ”hotel” that does not clean the rooms or provide new sheets/towels by default. Only in condos where people rent their apartments for less and you have to maintain the cleanliness yourself.
So before you decide to stay here, while seeing that this hotel is cheaper than the others, think twice.
Also be careful if you rent in summer, I stayed in winter, closed windows, it was ok, livable, they give a little heat, but not too much, but read the comments about staying in summer, there is NO air conditioning, and if you open the window, you will NOT sleep, it will be very noisy because of the trains and possible mosquitoes. Trust me, summers here are super hot! I lived in this area for 6 months in summer and I know what I'm talking about...
Also be careful about the tourist tax, you will have to pay it too, like in any other hotel.
But other than that, my stay was nice,
PROs:
- the hotel staff was super nice
- you have a big balcony!
- I loved the kitchen, big fridge + freezer + microwave.. you can cook whatever you want, they have a lot of utensils, so don't waste your money paying for breakfast. Auchan and others are very close
- The parking opposite is FREE from 4pm to 9am the next day and free all Sunday! (they don't write anything on the parkomat, free or price..) so don't rush to pay for the hotel parking if you arrive on a Saturday or afternoon.
- it wasn't noisy from other rooms or the corridor, we heard people walking sometimes, maybe the hotel wasn't crowded in December, that's why it was quiet? or maybe we got the corner room, I'm not sure...
- it's very close to Massy-Palaiseau train station, it's a very big and connected station, I lived here before.
- your full price trip to Paris will cost you Voie ** -> direction CDG Airport: 4.15 euros
- big bed, mattress enough for me, neither too soft nor too hard.
CONS:
- they change the codes so often, from the parking lot, from the main gate, it's a bit tiring
- Dec 2024: They started building extra train lines right behind the hotel, so the area is a construction site, noisy...
- TV is cheap and doesn't have Netflix or digital channels, just 20-30 channels
- Wi-fi is sometimes bad quality and if you work you have to pay extra to get extra speed
- pillows are very small in my opinion
- safe is located very high, if you are short you have to climb on a chair to see in it.
Overall my stay was good, I chose it for the situation of the car with the parking which is more expensive in Paris. But if I had come by train I would have chosen a hotel in the Paris region in an arrondissement.

Guest UserIt looked completely different from the photos on Trip.com
It was a simple building that looked like a regular apartment resort
The facilities were good and the breakfast was clean and good
Above all, the hosts were friendly
I used it to visit the Palace of Versailles
It was good because it was about 20 minutes away by car
The bed was also clean

Anonymous UserAvery convenient hotel. It is next to the HEC campus and it's almost the only choice for a short visit at HEC Paris. The room is clean and the service is good.

Galia MukhThe hotel is quite ascetic, but it fulfills its purpose 100%. For an overnight stay before an early flight or after a late arrival - ideal. From 5:00 am to 9:30 am a shuttle service is provided, it's great.
The double room is spacious, clean; the beds are comfortable, the linen is clean, high-quality. The bathroom has shampoo/gel, towel.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the RER B line subway station. The location is in the center of the town. There are Carrefour supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Life is more convenient. The town is small and the whole is quiet. The hotel is of a medium grade in the town, and the room facilities are equivalent to domestic budget hotels. It is relatively simple and suitable. There is a small electric stove equipped with a microwave oven and tableware. Hotel service staff service attitude is very good. The hotel has breakfast, but the price is not high.

Upon check-in, I was surprised to be asked for a 'tax' and a 250 Euro 'deposit.' I quickly used AI to translate the deposit policy displayed at the front desk.
They allow you to store your luggage both before check-in and after check-out.
What was quite alarming this time was when I checked out, the front desk told me I hadn't paid the tax. Luckily, I had kept the receipt, so they made a copy and everything was fine. I assume the other front desk agent forgot to note that I had already paid the tax during check-in. I recommend everyone keep receipts related to accommodation and transportation until you're completely done with your trip.
This place also provides kitchen appliances like an induction hob, pots, pans, utensils, and a refrigerator. You can buy groceries from the nearby Carrefour hypermarket to store. However, the fridge's cooling wasn't always very strong; it might have been a bit faulty. But it didn't bother me, so I didn't report it. I ended up putting microwaveable food in the small freezer compartment, and it did freeze.
