Stayed here before. The car park is not the easiest to park with a van and you need to pay £6. Reception always has a warm greeting. Room clean and tidy. Although a little noisy as it had a door with the ajoining room. Breakfast was good, apart from milk issue with coffee machine.

Well placed right off M5 at Exeter. Next to park and ride bus stop. Decent help yourself breakfast. Nice staff.
Expensive parking run by private operator, don't pay until u get a 50% off discount code from reception..

Nicki on reception (well she was covering everywhere!) needs an appreciation post to herself. She checked us in at 10pm, was so friendly and efficient and then she was on reception at 8am the next morning and also checked us in to breakfast! She was the star of the place by a long way!

Large room, very clean with everything you need (complimentary tray, iron and ironingboard etc). Very good breakfast Frienly staff.
